"God damn it, Alex!" I snapped, raising my book in an idiotic attempt to hit her.
She laughed before 'sitting' on my bed, her beanie in her hands. "Aw, come on Sky," she flopped back, and I resisted the urge to hit her with my book. Again. Although I knew I'd only hit my bed. "I just want your attention." She cooed.
"For the love of-" I let out a loud groan before tossing my book across the room. "Violet! Take the fucking ghost back with you!"
"You called?" Jaspers voice floated from the ceiling and I tugged on the end of my hair in frustration.
"Is your name Violet?!" I growled out, standing up so fast I had to grab for my bookshelf as colors flashed and snapped in front of my eyes.
"Hmm, possibly." He appeared next to Alex and grinned, "I could take her off your hands if ya want." I hated being rude to her, but first the headache starts, and then she gives me a nosebleed straight away? I just wanted to relax.
"Please?"
Jasper chuckled before glancing at Alex. "Come on, we can go explore, meet some new ghosts." They both disappeared, making me sigh in relief.
I curled up on my side, closing my eyes and breathing through my nose. It helped me to calm down sometimes.
'Hey sky, what's wrong?' My fingers twitched around my stomach when I heard Jaspers voice. 'Nothing Jasper, I'm fine.' I replied, shutting my eyes again.
The cool thing about being able to see ghosts is being able to see ghosts of animals, they knew I could see them so they usually well, flocked to me. I remember telling a girl at school that her cat still loved her and she started crying. I still feel bad about that, although at that time I had no idea other kids couldn't see them.
I laughed quietly at the thought and rubbed at my eyes tiredly. "The girl hates me now, everyone hates me." I let out a frustrated groan and tossed my pillow across the room.
"Hey, dude stop throwing you're pillow, it has feelings too you know." I glared at violet who picked the pillow up and chucked it back at me. I let it hit my face before flopping back down on my bed.
"Go away." I grumbled, pressing the pillow against my face harder. 'Trying to suffocate yourself?' Jasper cooed in my head, making me place the pillow over my ears instead of my face
"Hey, don't you have to meet Jay and the others tonight?" Violet questioned, frowning as she slid next to me on the bed.
My eyes widened at her question and I tossed the pillow across the room. "Shit!" I shouted loudly, bolting up. "I forgot!" I grabbed my phone and my backpack quickly.
"Hey!" I shouted, running out the door with the phone cradled between my shoulder and neck.
"Dude what's up? Where are you?" Jays voice come out of the end, confused. "Did you get distracted again?" She sounded disappointed and I sighed loudly grabbing my keys to the bike.
"Yeah, sorry. Didn't mean to, ghosts were being rowdy." I partially lied, jumping on the bike and starting it.
That's the nice thing about my friend group, they knew everything. They were actually pretty chill with everything, and Jay was the most amazed by it.
"Whatever-the-fuck, get over here." Jay snorted, laughing.
"You got it chief." I rolled my eyes and backed out of the driveway, shoving my phone in my pocket. Well, here goes for another crazy night.
