I don't think I've ever ran home so fast, not to mention the harsh headache that I'm getting as I'm running. The reason for said headache is when I pass and or see a lot of ghosts, it's pretty common for me, but it still bugs me sometimes.

By the time I'm at my house I'm panting and gasping for air. Violet materializes in front of me, and I huffed quietly. "Jasper.... New ghost...." I muttered, bending over and taking deep breaths.

"Hey, I can take care of them." She grumbled, hovering above the ground slightly. "Rose is taking it quite well, and Jasper has managed to keep his douche-ness low." Yeah right, Jasper doesn't know how to do that.

"Good, good." I groaned as I stood up again, walking inside. "Nothing broken?" Violet shook her head and watched me silently. Uh oh, bad feeling about this. Violet was almost never silent. "I may have lost rose and I may have found a new ghost." She blurted quickly, making my eye twitch. Ah, there it is.

"What the hell!" I shouted, tossing my hands in the air. So now we lost Rose apparently, and now there's a new ghost? This can only turn out great.

"Ah, I'm glad she's happy to see me." A girls voice said, I winced and my hand flew to my nose instinctively as the nosebleed started. This was pretty normal, but the new ghost must have set it off and that definitely wasn't normal.

Before me stood a girl around my height. She had light pink hair and a beanie placed over it. Blue eyes.. Bright blue eyes. I grabbed blindly for a tissue and held it underneath my nose, catching the blood successfully. It'll stop in a bit.

"Name." I muttered, studying her. She held herself in a way that told me she thought she was badass, not to mention I could see the faint lines of tattoos on her arms. A faded lip piercing, lots of ear piercings. Hmph.

"Alex." She said simply, laughing. "Are you happy to see me or something?" She gestured towards my bleeding nose and I glared at her. "Nice slice there." I glanced towards her neck, which had an oddly clean slice straight through it. "Motorcycle accident." She stated proudly.

"I wouldn't be proud." I swiped underneath my nose once more to make sure it had finally stopped bleeding before tossing it in the trash. "So rose is gone?" Violet laughed weakly and instead of answering disappeared. Yeah, that's a yes.

"Violet says you get nosebleeds because of ghosts." She said, walking through me. I shuddered from the cold that she gave off and stepped into the house more, letting my backpack fall to the ground. "Yeah." I mumbled in reply.

"So- Skyler right?" I sighed quietly and pinched the bridge of my nose before walking up the stairs slowly. "Yeah, my name's Skyler."

"Badass name." Alex laughed, appearing in front of me. "Mmhm." I walked through her and to my room, closing the door with my foot.

"Well! Looks like we're stuck with each other!" Alex chirped, grinning as she moved through my door.

"Oh joy." I grabbed my book and stared at the words. Three ghosts now. This can only turn out well.
