Sitting in the third row all alone, I started to do one of things I loved to pass my time;"yes observing everything".There was a pin drop silence in the room. All I could hear was the sound of the fans.I looked at the ceiling for so long.I saw a guy looking behind from the very front row of the left column.I thought he would think that she was crazy, looking at the ceiling continuously like a fool.As soon as I caught him, staring at me, I lowered both my eyes and head.Deep down I felt like that kid ,who was having his first day at school, the giddiness in stomach and the judder of having my house and mom dad away from me for the first time.I always hated the first day of every phase.Whether it was school or college ,I used to feel terrible and terrified.I was having that same unusual and sick feeling right now.Just then, I saw three girls entering the class and laughing like crazy. Two of them sat on the chairs with me and one of them with the girls who were sitting on the front row. They were laughing so hard that they could barely breathe.None of us could understand the matter.

One of the girls sitting on the front row asked them the reason behind laughing heartily like this to which the girl sitting with her replied,"We accidently went to a wrong class of 2nd semester and sat there and when one of the students told us that it was not our class,we thought he was ragging us and we didn't move from our seats."She started laughing again with some of the story in her mouth left.

The girl sitting with me continued,"Just as their class started and their teacher entered the class, we came to know that the guy was right. It was not our class in real and he wasn't ragging."

They laughed altogether. The one sitting right next to me on the right had her duppatta on her head loosely;some of her hair was prominent. She was really fair with a fine height. She must be 5'5,I estimated randomly since there was nothing else to do.She was simple all over. She was wearing shalwar kameez with no make up on.She managed to look both simple and pretty at the same time .She was busy texting someone on her cell. The girl who was sitting on the first row called her Sania in their conversation and the name of the other one was Amna. There was another girl with them who sat beside Sania.Although I couldn't see her face properly but I could see that she was wearing a black abaya.Just then another girl entered the class. All of us stared her a little too long. She had extremely rough hairs which was more than curly. They appeared to us as noodles. For once, one could easily mistook them for cornrow braids. Her height was same as mine but a little healthier with an extremely round face and specs. She had wheatish skin. Her features were like jamaicans. She looked really nervous with each step. She chose our row and sat on my extreme left.

"Yayy, I was safe,"my stupid side screamed with joy.

I wasn't surprised like others because I had already seen her in my college many a times. Her class was right in front of my class but I didn't think she'd have ever noticed me in college. After remaining quiet for too long , I finally decided to talk to her.

"Have you studied from Punjab College?",I asked her in a low voice.

"Yes",she replied.I smiled.

"How do you know?",she asked.

" Well uh...I saw you many times in college.Your class was right in front of mine",I told her.

"I thought it was because of my hair",she said nervously.

"No! No! Not at all",I exclaimed.

She smiled slightly and said, "they might be the reason that I looked familiar to you."

"Err...no..maybe..I mean",I hesitated a bit.
