Baby Shower

Maya: What's a baby shower?

Topanga: A baby shower is a celebration for the new baby. Family and Friends come together we play games, eat, and give presents

Maya: What kind of presents?

Topanga: Stuff for the baby

Maya: Oh

Riley: Will Uncle Shawn be here

Topanga: *looks down at her daughter* No sweety, but he promised to come back on Christmas OK

Riley: OK

Maya: Who's Uncle Shawn

Riley: He's my daddy's best friend. He's just like you just older and a boy

Maya: gross

Riley: It's true

Topanga: *laughs*

Riley: Mommy Maya has a name for the baby too

Topanga: You do Maya what is it?

Maya: Daniel

Topanga: Daniel...how'd you come up with that

Maya: There's a kid in our class named Daniel he sits next to me

Topanga: OK we have Jackson, August, and Daniel

Riley: I can't wait to meet him

Topanga: Me neither

An hour later everyone has arrived

Amy: So what are the names this time

Topanga: Jackson, August, and Daniel

Morgan: Those are cute

Amy: Is August because he will be born in August?

Topanga: No I was having a hard time deciding on a name and last week I was reading a baby book and the name August came up and I just kept repeating it and I loved it. Not many people have that name it's unique

Morgan: Auggie for short

Topanga: Exactly

Amy: Where's Maya's mom

Topanga: Working. The new school year is coming up and Katy wants to make sure Maya has everything she needs.

Amy: Oh

Topanga: I don't mind watching Maya she is a lovely little girl

Morgan: How excited is Riley for this baby

Topanga: Extremely she's made so many cards and pictures. I told Cory to hang them up in the baby's room so he will always have them.

Morgan: When is your due date?

Topanga: August 30 which I'm pretty sure I will have him earlier than that. Maybe a couple days, but The first day of school is August 28 and I don't want to have him than because Cory will be working and Riley will be at School

Morgan: You're right

Topanga: I guess I'll just have to wait and see when he'll come

Amy: You're right

Eric: Hello Pangers

Topanga: Hi Eric

Eric: So I think you should name the baby Eric

Topanga: That's your name

Eric: Exactly Eric is an amazing name only strong people are given that name

Topanga: You're strong?

Eric: Of course remember back in College when we fought over the apartment

Topanga: The girls won that. Remember you tried to get me back, but failed

Eric: *sad face* Oh yeah, never mind meanie *walks away*

Topanga: *laughs*

Amy: You guys fought?

Topanga: Oh yeah, it was after the break up with Cory and I and Shawn and Angela and Rachel said we could move into the apartment, but the boys didn't like that idea so we fought for the apartment. Rachel, Angela, and I kicked their butts.

Morgan: Nice going Sis *high fives Topanga*

Amy: *laughing* Wow

Riley: Grandpa next month Mommy will have a baby. My baby brother won't be in her stomach anymore

Alan: I know. What are you going to do for the baby?

Riley: Feed him, give him his pacifier when he's crying, and hold him

Alan: Are you going to change his diaper?

Riley: *disgust face* No way that's gross that's Mommy and Daddy job

Alan: *chuckles* OK Missy

Josh: Riley's going to be the best big sister ever

Riley: I sure am Uncle Josh. My baby brother will love me.

Cory: He already loves you

Riley: Really?

Cory: Yep

Riley: *hugs her Mommy's belly* I love you too.

Topanga: Awe that's cute
