chapter 1: I'm back

As I look to my left the familiar warmth surrounds me as I start to see and take in the place I grew up in. I mean I was only gone for 9 years nothing looks like it changed that much. I'm really looking forward to seeing Jackson. He was my best friend since forever.

**Jackson Roberts 18 years old, jet black hair,6'3,smoking hot,every guy wants to be him while very girl wants to get with him. He is our schools quarterback**

"Shelly we are about 20 minuets away away are you excited?" My mom asked from the drivers seat.

"I know Shelly is because she gets to go see her boyfriend!!" My annoying brother says

**Danny Marcus- my twin brother quite the jock he is wide receiver on our school team. Blond hair blue eyes. 6'2.**

"Shut up Danny cause we all know how hard you are tying to impress Lisa but you've been trying for 2 years and still nothing is working"

**Lisa Woodbury- Queen B of Phoenix high school in Phoenix, Arizona. Also known as the biggest b**** in the world.(also known as my bully). Blond hair, blue eyes, varsity dance captain, rich spoiled brat, gets everything she wants**

Danny went silent
"That's what I thought"
"Enough Shelly leave your brother alone" my dad said
"He started it" I mumbled to myself because I was not in the mood to argue.

The rest of the ride was quite and peaceful while I just enjoyed the scenery. Until my mom announced "okay we are here" I texted my best friend Vicky that I got home

Me: hey just got home
Vicky: OMG I'm on my way don't move I'll be there in 10

Lucky for her I live 3 blocks away
Unlike me my brother stayed here in Phoenix while I went to go love with my grandparents in California.

As I make my way towards my room I stop short cause I realize that all my stuff is not here and that a boys things are all over my room. "Hey ma could you come here for a second"
She popped her head through the door frame "what's up sweety"
"Who's stuff is this and why is it in my room"
"O I must have forgot to tell you my friend is away and asked if her son could stay here so I said yes"
"So why is he in my room"
"Because your room was like the perfect colors for him and we gave it to him"
"Where am I staying"
"We made you a room in the basement"
"What why couldn't he stay there or with Danny"
"Well you know how Danny likes his space"
"I like my space too"
"Well we figured you wouldn't mind you don't do you?"
"No but-" she cut me off before I could finish
"Great so you'll be in the basement. Love you" and with that she left the room. Great so now I'm in the basement

Just as I get all my stuff to the the basement a screaming Vicky tackles me to the floor.

**Vicky Barnes- my best friend since kindergarten. She loves to play the piano. She had black hair, blue eyes, 5'4 and she's pretty scarry when she wants to be**

"I can't believe you are here I missed you so much" my crazy friend screams in my face."I miss you too" I hug her. "Wanna help me unpack"
"yea but why are you in the basement?"
"Well my mom's friends son is staying I my room. It's a long story"
"NO WAY"
"What what happened" I asked scared "Jarred Williams is staying here!!"
"WHAT wait how do you know that he is staying here and I didn't?"
"Well there was a rumor that he was staying somewhere but people didn't know where. Untill now of course"
"No no this is so bad nobody can know I don't need Lisa threatening me.

**Jarred Williams- he is the line backer on the football team. Blond hair, green eyes, 6'4. He is known for his reputation as a badass. Basically if you mess with him you need to flee the country and change your name.**

"I need to tell you one more thing Vicky told me
"Tell me when I get down I need to go yell at my mom first"

I ran upstairs. "Mom where are you?"
"In the kitchen" she answered
"Why didn't you tell me JARRED WILLIAMS was staying here?!"
"I thought we had this conversation his moth-"
"No I get that but don't you know his reputation, what he does, the witnesses!?! Why would you let him stay here?"
"Did you ever ask him about his reputation?"
"No why would I talk to someone who is known for bad things?"
"Did you ever see one of his fights?"
"No but-"
"But nothing you don't know the boy he has been a doll since he got here and you cannot judge him if you do dont know him. So you will be nice to him so help me-"
"OK I get it fine"

I was so upset how could my mom let him stay here. I need a walk. Just as I open the door my jaw fell open.
