Flashback of Addison's childhood
"Addison get your little butt down here!" My parents are always on me about something I lost track of how many times I've been yelled at. I ran down stairs fearing for the worst. My mother had always been somewhat of a nut job. My dad left us for beer company. I was left at the mercy of my mother from age five. "I thought I told you to wash these last night." Wow clearly my mom had been doing something other than pay attention. "Mom you woke me up at eleven thirty." "Don't back talk to me!" I hated life here. "That's it I'm leaving."when I was fourteen I had planned to run away. So I had all of my necessities. She kept throwing stuff at me until I walked out the door. I needed a place to stay so I called Rhett. His parents were so gracious. They let me stay in the spare until I was up and on my feet. A few months later I got a job and apartment. This is exactly what I needed to have a stable life.
And here I am today. Away from my horrific life and parents. Stable and getting married today.
