Chapter 1.

•Present Day•

{Abigail's POV}
I was listening to Nickelback on my phone. Max got me into it of course. Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door. "Hey Abi! It's time for work. So get you're lazy butt out of bed and go get ready!" Max said, trying not to laugh but you could tell he was about to crack. "Whatever lazy bum!" I said, throwing a pillow at him. He just smiled and closed my door.

Max and I have been living with each other along with Ross & Tim Tim ever since him and I moved to Seattle. I'm the only girl in the house so I learned to just roll with what the guys do. All my life, I've just had guy friends so it wasn't hard for me to fit in with them. I'm one of the editors at Sky Media along with Max, Tim Tim, & a few other people. Max and I have been best friends ever since birth, and have never left each other. I might have a small crush on him, but nobody knows...

~Time Skip to Lunch~

"Hey Everyone! Let's go out to eat. How about Sushi?" Adam yelled out to the whole office. "Adam, we had that yesterday!" I said, while walking out with Max, Ross, & Tim Tim. "But sushi is soooo good!" He said, while rubbing his stomach. Whenever we ate out to go get sushi, I would always get a sandwich. All the guys made fun of me for it, but I just don't like sushi. "Besides, it doesn't really affect you Abi" He said, putting his arms together. "But I'm tired of sandwiches!" I said, trying to keep a straight face. The guys started laughing. "Fine, lets go get Mexican then" He said, sort of pouting. "Aww, look at little baby Adam. Does he not want some tacos?" Max said, and all of us started laughing, except for Adam. "Hey! Don't joke about my tacos now" Adam said, and we all left to go eat.

~Time Skip to that night~

"And that, my friend, is what they call 'closure'" Rachel said on the TV. We all started laughing. Ross, Max, & I were watching 'Friends' on Netflix. It's my favorite show, and I force them to watch it with me. Tim Tim refuses to watch it, so I'm always saying quotes from it. "I think I'm a 'Fibi kinda gal. What do you guys think?" Ross said, and Max & I started bursting out laughing. "Just shut up now Ross" I said, between laughs. Max looked up at the clock. "I think we should hit the hay guys, it's already 12:45." Max said, getting up. "Yeah, I guess. And did you say 'hit the hay' because you and Abi are from Louisiana? Heh heh, get it?" Ross said, laughing a bit. "Ross you have 3 seconds before you get your butt kicked." Max said, and Ross started running to his room. Max only counted to one, and then chased after Ross. Tim Time joined in. "Help Abi! Help meee!" I could hear Ross in his room, getting attacked by Max & Tim Tim. "Sorry, but me and my Louisiana self are too lazy to help you!" I yelled to him. I could hear Ross do a fake cry, and I just stood there in the living room laughing. Everyday was a good day living with them. Especially Max...
