Forever More A Fred Weasley Love Story

Chapter 1- The Battle

       “Fred! No!” Abi screamed as the walls came crumbling down behind her as George grabbed her moving her away protecting her.
“Let me go!” Abi screamed trying to get to Fred tears streaming down her face wanting nothing but to kill the one person who did this to the one she was supposed to marry after school, and start a family with , their whole future was ruined.
    “Take her someplace safe George.” Molly said to her son holding the wand tightly in her hand ready to fight. “And George, please be careful.” she said with Care.
“No I want to see him!” I screamed trying to get away.
“Abi, he’s gone… he isn’t coming back he would want you safe.” I didn’t want to believe him in my head he was still alive, I could still feel him no one wanted to believe me, George had pulled me into A dark room “Lumus.” he whispers so his wand would light up at the end he stared at me, I could see Fred all over George, it tore me apart seeing they looked so much alike it killed me inside.
    “Stay in here, you’ll be safe.” He whispers, “Whatever you hear don’t come out.. I’ll get you once it is safe I promise you.” He brings me in for a hug, I was fighting the hug I didn’t want to I wanted Fred, I had given in and finally hugged him, he kissed my forehead, “He loved you Abigail.. a lot.” he whispers to me as he disappeared through the crowd once he had shut the door.

All I could do was hope and pray that my family would make it, I could hear people screaming, bodies falling, spells being cast all around, I held in the tears as much as possible, I wanted to fight for Fred, I had nothing to live for anymore, my dreams I mean our dreams were ruined all because of Bellatrix, I wanted nothing more but to kill that witch, I let the tears fall finally I wiped my tears away as I seen the door open, George stood there holding his arms out for me, I stood I felt weak inside he carried me into the Great Hall the ones who died were in there, Molly over her son crying, Ron running up to them crying over him, “I can’t George… I can’t do this.” I took in a shaky breath.
    “I’ll be beside you, it’ll help to tell him goodbye Aby.” He sighs.
Molly pulled me into a warm hug, “You were good to him, he loved you..” She whispered to me giving me back to George, Hermonie came over hugging me crying.
“I hope you still consider on moving in with us, it wouldn’t be the same.”  Arthur smiled warmly at me.
    “I’ll need someone to help me with the pranks.” George smiled at me.
I was still crying, I couldn’t answer all those questions, I wiped my eye’s and stared at them, “Give her some time alone to tell Fred goodbye.” George said noticing what I was doing.
I sniffled, “I don’t want to be here alone… stay with me?” I asked George.
He smiles down at me, “Always.” He whispers to me as his family left them alone with his brother.

I knelt beside Fred, his pale face I let the tears fall I couldn’t stand the fact that I had lost him, I didn’t know where to begin without him, “I’m so lost without you right now..” I whisper to him seeing A piece of paper sticking out of his pocket, my hand shook as I took it from his pocket, I unfolded the paper and sat down.

   Dear Abi,
If I die tonight during this battle, I want you to be brave, I want you to move on I do not want you to drop everything because of me, I love you with all my heart, I hope to start a family as soon as the battle ends, I want to marry you and be with you forever, but if I die tonight, my request for you is to be with George, he’ll protect you through all the bad things, I’ll still be here but you wont be able to see me, I love you.
     Fred

George knelt beside me, “It’s okay..” he brings me into A warm hug.
“No its not..” I whisper gripping his shirt holding the letter tightly in my free hand, “He has A request.” I whisper.
“What’s that?” He wiped away the tears.
“For you to be with me, if he dies…” I managed to say in between sobs.

    A year has gone by since the battle ended, I still haven’t gotten over the fact that Fred is dead, but a part of me keeps telling me that somewhere Fred is still alive and well, and that they are all hiding something from me deep down, I wipe the tears away as I got out of bed, George has closed the shop down he didn’t want to continue it without Fred.
     “Abi, breakfast is ready, Mum wanted me to come get you.” George says leaning against the door way and noticed I have been crying, “Still miss him?” He asks.
I nod slightly, “Yes… A part of me tells me he is still here, and the other tells me he’s dead, I’m not sure which to believe anymore.. I feel weak.” I tell him.
  George comes over and hugs me giving me a kiss on my forehead, “I’ll tell mum to give you a few minutes to get down.” He says walking out of the room.

I stood and looked around, it brought back memories of when Fred would sneak in the room once everyone had gone to bed and stay with me for hours talking about the shop and the future we would have together, I grab my clothes and slipped them on, getting ready was one thing but setting down for breakfast with a empty chair next to me is A totally different story.

“Abi, good morning.” Hermonie smiled at me.
“Morning.” I mumble to her as we walked down the stairs together into the kitchen for breakfast, I sat beside George as the other was empty, I felt tears form once again it always happens, I hold them back until I finish and get up to the room it’s been like this ever since the battle, I could break down any minute…
