The day has come. The day that the crew went to the park. Usually it's pretty peaceful for them to go to the park but as link has been spacing off lately he wasn't really in the mood. The kids went playing on the playground like they were chipmunks on acid. While the adults were adulting, on a couple blankets. They have made lunchs for every single little picky eater that were theirs on that playground. The ladys sipped wine as the men drank beer. It was like summer time when the kids were finally able to run.

RHETT POV:
While the ladys chitchat about what they've been doing. I kept glancing over at the kids to make sure they weren't in harms way. Link did the same.
'Say Link, have you ever thought about a 'will it kid?' We bring our kids on set and ask them questions instead of asking each other.' I shifted my eyes on Link, then back to the kids.
'No I haven't but that sounds like something we could try to do,' Link replied, taking a sip of his beer.

MANY HOURS PAST.

They packed up and said their fairwells as they normally do. The men drove home, while the mothers made sure everythings in place. While they both hoped the kids won't fight. But in relief they're passed out in the back. It's usually always quiet on drives home on such days like this.

LINK POV:

I finally put the kids to bed, sighing in relief we don't have to deal with running kids like we always do. I got into bed, trying not to disturb Christy in her reading zone. Although it's also my reading time as well. We both usually stay up until 1am reading. That's what we think, but it turns out to be another hour, talking about the book or chapter we just read. We finally fell asleep mid sentence.

I woke up to the sound of the kids banging things like they normally do and Christy raising her voice saying 'your dad's still asleep. Be quiet!'
I sit up to the room spinning causing a pounding headache.
'Oh god. I feel drugged,' I whispered in my morning voice. I walk to our bathroom and look in the mirror, but all I could see was a cloudy figure of my body. I washed my face hoping the blurriness will go away.
Christy walked in startled, thinking I was still asleep. 'Oh. You scared me. I thought you were still asleep.'
'Sorry. The kids woke me up.' I said, drying my face.
'I told the kids to be quiet. How are you feeling? You kept moving around last night.' Christy asked, caressing my face.
'I woke up to the room spinning. But I'm fine now,' speaking while walking out the bedroom door.
I was in my pink poke-a-doted boxers watching the local news sipping my regular coffee. Black, just how I like it. The kids were playing outside after their mother yelled at them about making a mess.
'Don't you ever think this life is...sort of boring?' Christy said sitting next to me. Then said, 'I mean, we go to work, kids go to school, yeah. But weekends seem repetitive too. It just seems boring now.'
I just looked at her listening and agreeing until she was done. We agreed to do something different next weekend. Hoping it'll all work out.
