Chapter 2 : Lose

Few days after that, Kai is being colder to you. He didn't talk neither do disturbing you like before. You thought you're going to be happy , but it such a hell for you to endure it. He also freaking didn't go to school today and you really didn't like his brusque behaviour.

"Where the fuck are you, Kim Kai!??"

"Teachers had been asking for you for a
whole day! Don't be such a coward."

"Stop seen-ing this message
I will forget about your past, jongin.
Just please come to school."

"Come to our hideout later.

Kai, what is he hiding from you? You're eager to know as you slung your handbag on your shoulder, going to the place he informed with alacrity.

You arrived at the place faster than the time you expected. Thank you to the driver which is skillfull enough to bring you in this deep forest. Yeah, this spot once had been your hideout with Kai whenever both of you ran out from whether school or house. You were cheeky kids before but that makes your childhood's memories even happier.

There's an abandoned house which you and Jongin used to have fun together , either playing some dumb lame games which you never get tired of or having relaxing times which consoled the depression a lil bit. But that's all is a memory now.

You swallow the flashbacks before continuing to walk inside. There's a huge grey sofa located in the middle of the living room and a familiar man's figure is casually lying on it. He looks unreal with slight shades of lights land on his face. The lights came from the fracture roofs which allowed it to slide in. Kai greets you, half smiled when he realised a presence of second person in the house.

He wears a huge white T-Shirt which looks bigger than his normal size and a tight black leather pants which really makes him looks more stunning. His hair is styled messy to suit his outfits and it does add some good effect to his appearance. He looks good, unlike what you had thought him would be.

"Kai.. W-what you are doing here?", you stutter when he is approaching you. His cologne smells strong eventhough from afar and when he is just one-step farther from you, the scene becomes clearer.

"Shhh, don't call me Kai here. I'm Jongin", he wraps his firm arms around you, resting his chin on your head comfortably before continuing, "I miss you".

"Ka---Jongin, I-I miss you too", you replied his hug as tight as him as tears starting to stream down your cheeks. You miss him too much. Just too much.

"Hmm, don't cry kitten, how about playing games like what we did when we're still kids to boost up our mood? To be honest, I miss it.", he murmured before distancing himself from you. He wipes your tears gently while flashing his sincere smile to you. You acquiesce and take a hold of his arm. This touch seems familiar now, just like the touches from the past which you madly missed it.

Both of you played some childish games such as Hide & Seek , Thief & Killer and many more happily and your bond becomes better as time passed by. Like a peterpan, you guys had never grown up enough, the only thing that changed is how you manage to restrain yourself from the immature sides you have. He changed. You changed. But still, the old you are still there somewhere.
