By two o' clock it's already pouring. No lightning yet but, lots and lots of rain. All of us sit in the living room. Some one the couches. Some on the chairs. In my case I'm sitting in the floor drawing. I draw a picture of Cave Den because I love Cave Den. I sketch a head for Stampy. I add the features and start to create the body. I add some detail in the hand and wrist. I add a beard for Stampy. Once I finish, I start Sqaishey.
BOOM.
"THUNDER!!!" Netty screams. We all share the sane look. Terrified.
BOOOOOOM.
"Lighting is getting closer." Stampy says.
"BAD BAD BAD."Sqaishey replies. We nod.
ZZZZSSSSST.
Lights go off. ALL THE LIGHTS. I hear Sqaishey screech. We all rush for the dining table. I grab my red flash light and turn it on. I flash it around the place and several more flash lights come on. It's better then the dark. Everyone has a flash light and blanket. Mine is sky blue with black polka dots. We head back to the living room. I go back to coloring using my flashlight for light. I turn it off and go to the dining room. Sqaishey holds her light for me. I grab a few candles and a lighter. I sit down at my area of comfort-Ness and light a few candles. I place them around me. Now I don't have to hold the flashlight.
BOOOOM. Crack.
The lighting goes farther away. The lights still don't come on.
"Let's do something fun." Squid says as I finished the sketch of Sqaishey.
"Like what?" Tom asks.
"Monopoly." Squid replies. He reveals a box from behind him. Monopoly. Oh dear.
"Raise your hand if you wanna play." I raise my hand. Followed by Tom, Sqaishey, and Stampy.
Ash and Netty talk.
"Ash, you don't wanna play? Netty?" I ask.
They both shakes their heads.
"No thanks." They both say.
"Okay. Uhmm what do you guys wanna be?"
After playing a round of monopoly Sqaishey won.
"YAAAAAAAAAAY!!" She screams. We settle her down. She grins. I go back to my drawing and finish the outline. Stampy looks at my drawing.
"Do you like it?" I ask.
"It's great! I love it! Can't wait to see it colored in. Sqaishey come look at this." He replies. Sqaishey walks over and looks at my picture.
"Neat! It's great!" She says.
"Thank you. It's almost finished."
