I eat my brunch slowly. I woke up at 11:45 today. So I eat my beans on toast with a side of eggs. 5 more days. Laser tag tomorrow.
"What's the schedule for today?" I ask Squid.
"We're going to the mall to buy some things. Here's 30 pounds. Buy yourself something nice." Squid hands me twenty pounds and ten.
"Thanks!"
I run upstairs to text Cameron. I climb up the ladder and grab my phone, back down the ladder and sit on the bed.
Cameron: Morning sunshine :D
Me: Morning! I'm going to the mall today. Wbu?
Cameron: really? Me too!
Me: cool. We can shop together. Ooh I've got an idea. Squid gave me thirty pounds. Do you wanna do a swap?
Cameron: what's a swap
Me: it's where we but each other things we think the other person likes. Then we swap and we see what we got each other
Cameron: Sure! We can give it to each other tomorrow. At laser tag. Is there a price limit or item limit?
Me: we have to go up to 30 pounds and get each other at least 5 items
Cameron: deal. What time you going?
Me. Bout 3:00
Cameron: ok. Love you meet you there
Me: love you too <3

I shower and dress up. Afterwards I take my wallet and add the thirty pounds given to me. I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and rush downstairs. We all head into the car. I get in the back like usual and we drive. Songs I like play like "I know what you did last summer."0
I dance to the music until we park. We all spill out the car. I walk with Netty to the front of the mall. The other follow.
"Where should we shop first?" Netty asks.
"What about Fye?"
"Guys, Ayden and I are going to Fye." Netty tells the group. They nod and we make our way around to Fye. Next to FiveBelow and GameStop. We walk around. I try to find something Cameron would like. I know he likes The Walking Dead. He likes video games. Along with Adventure Time. I find things that have to do with that. I finally see some Funko Pop! Jake the dog and Finn the human figures. 9 pounds each. I grab them. 12 pounds left.
"Where to next?" I ask Netty.
"Could we go to Five Below? There a few things I need." She suggests.
"Okay."
"Here a few pounds. Buy something neat." She hands me five pounds. Now I have seventeen.
We walk out the room after we pay. Netty and I walk next door to "Five Below" I look around for anything cool. Maybe a hat, game, toy. Nothing. I buy a black beanie with symbols. On the tag it says "Blacks Ops 2" so, I'm guessing it has something to do with that. I think it would look good on him so I buy it. It's only three pounds. Netty strolls around looking up and down the aisles. I go to the game section and find a few Adventure Time trading cards. I don't think Cameon collects those so, I don't bother. Although I do see a poster for TWD. It's only one pound. Netty and I go to pay. Afterwards, I realize I only have 13 pounds left.
I check my phone to see if Cameron texted.
Cameron: Are you at the mall yet?
Me: Yep. At five below. Going into the Lego store.
I type as we walk in. Netty buys herself some Legos to play with. I buy a Minecraft Lego kit with the rest of my money.
Cameron: Okay. Meet where?
Me: In front of the Lego Store.
Netty and I pay once again. I see a familiar face standing outside, on the other side of the glass.
"Cameron!" I grin. He gives me a hug and I hug him back.
"Have you shopped for the swap yet?" He asks.
"Yep. Just finished. You?"
"I finished a couple minutes ago."
"Cool. I can't wait for laser tag tomorrow." I say. He nods.
"Only five more days for you. Then you go back home."
