Disclaimer: I do not own the characters. They belong to J.K. Rowling and Rick Riordan.

A/N: I'm gonna be not so accurate as to how they have their classes alright? But Hermione is having her classes with Annabeth and Harry, Ron, and Percy are in different one. I'll just pick a class for the morning ok? So please don't point out that this class isn't the first on their time table. I picked a class for them for the sake of the story. So just go with it, ok? :)

Chapter 4:

"Perseus Jackson," McGonagall called.

Percy climbed the steps of the platform and sat on the stool. He looked at the eyes of all the Hogwarts students staring at him excitedly, waiting for him to get sorted.

Percy didn't know how he was going to be sorted, but he did know that McGonagall placed a hat on top of him.

Ah~ a Demigod? First time I've had to sort someone like you. Someone said this inside Percy's mind but he didn't freak out, after all he had seen more. . . Disturbing and unusual things. So instead he replied with a, "Who are you?" Inside his head. I am the sorting hat my dear boy! I am here to decided which house you should be placed in. . . "Alright then. Sort me." Percy replied.

He old sorting hat dug deeper into Percy's memories, blood, battle, wars, love until he said, A lot of Bravery my young boy. Very brave indeed. Percy was about to reply before the sorting hat shouted, "GRYFFINDOR!" The Gryffindor erupted into enormous applause for the son of Poseidon as he smiled as he walked over to the Gryffindor table.

"Chase, Annabeth," McGonagall called next. The daughter of Athena proudly walked over to the stool.

So much knowledge. . . And bravery, wisdom, courage, and, ahhh~ Pride. Annabeth expected this as the hat shouted out Percy's house. So she just sat there, waiting patiently for the hat to shout out her house, silently hoping that she could be with Percy. Ahh, you want to be in the same house as that other boy. . . Hmm, you could do excellent in Ravenclaw, you might even be smarter than Rowena herself. . . But this Bravery can't be ignored. . . And since you want to be with him. . .

"GRYFFINDOR!" Annabeth grinned so widely as the Gryffindor table once again stood up, roaring as they got the daughter of Athena. Percy hugged his girlfriend and gave her a kiss on the lips. Annabeth sat down beside Percy as McGonagall called the next Demigod to be sorted.

"Di Angelo, Nico," McGonagall called once again.

Nico stood in front of the hat, glaring at it as if it might be dangerous to put it on. He sat down on one of the stools as McGonagall lowered the hat onto his head, covering his sight.

The son of death. . . The hat spoke into Nico's head. Nico could feel the hat looking into his memories, something he did not appreciate. Doing everything you can to get your sister back. . . Tricking dear old Percy. . . Bringing him to your father. . . Nico grit his teeth at the old hat's words. His father tricked Nico. He didn't exactly mean it. You have so much bravery my boy. Standing up to your father. Commanding him to help during your war. . . But you are also cunning, ambitious and resourceful. . . Hmm. . .

Please, just pick a house that I would best fit in and a house where they could be family to me. Nico thought to the hat.

I have made my decision.

"SLYTHERIN!" The hat shouted. The serpent table stood up shouting, cheering and jumping for their newest member. Even Draco Malfoy looked pleased.

Nico let out a small sigh and gave a small smiled as he walked over to his house. Earning claps on his back, Nico smiled a bit wider. Maybe they could be his family. For now.
