Dear Dad in the Heavens,
Everyday I look at your photo at the living room, and everyday I wonder why. Mom always mentions how good-looking you were and how I look a lot like you. How I got your eyebrows and stuffs.
So how come I couldn't get a girlfriend?
I know, I'm not rich, smart or even charming-looking as Heath is. But surely there must be someone who'd find me attractive, right?
No, I'm not some sort of girl who is longing for love and affection. I'm living in a contented life with a lovely, hardworking woman (your wife, I mean), nice but a little cuckoo grandpa, a pesky, ever so annoying brat and your sweet youngest son. No sir, I'm not complaining about my life.
It's just, sometimes I feel like, something is just missing. Maybe because I keep seeing Heath mobbed by a bunch of girls so it makes me feel like I need a girl to keep me company too? Or is it because of the hormones or puberty or stuffs like that? I don't know.
Anyway, Dad, if you're up there, somewhat having tea with the goddess of love or something, would you mind ask her to introduce a nice girl to your dear old son?
I'm not asking too much. Just a girl that isn't a family member or a relative, or a girl who isn't interested in my best friend.
Again, I'm not desperate. I'm just simply asking.
Love,
Your son
Aaron Dagwood.
