As I walked down to the elevator I made sure my hoodie covered my wrists, the indentation from the silk rope was still very visible and I didn't want to mentally scar one of our friends with mental images of how I got them. I got into the elevator and leant against the back wall, my thoughts wandered to everything that happened in the last couple of hours and I felt a little annoyed at how things happened, if I hadn't of had a problem with my breathing I'd probably still be wrapped in my boyfriend right now. I barely noticed the door slide open and was only vaguely aware of someone else being in the carriage with me.
"Delirious" Mini sounded tired as he tried to get my attention. I only looked up because I heard someone use my tag.
"oh Hey Min...sorry I was miles away" I licked my lips and smirked as I saw the realisation on his face.
"I haven't pulled you away from Ev' have I?" he sounded like he was feeling a little guilty. I smiled at him and took hold of his shoulder as the door opened on the main reception.
"Nah man...I couldn't' sleep and didn't want to keep waking him up"
Mini nodded then stared at the floor as we walked out of the front door and down the street towards the nearest all night coffee shop. After spending the last few hours with Evan it felt a little weird standing next to Mini, he was about five inches taller than me, well he was when I wasn't standing up straight, It always took me a little while to adjust to looking up at the guys when I was around them. Mini seemed to be deep in thought, so much so that he almost walked into a lamp post, he swore and looked over at me as he moved around the obstacle. There was something that wasn't right I've never known him to be this quiet.
"you ok Mini? you don't seem to be very happy right now" I took hold of his arm and pulled him out of a collision course with a mail box.
"uh...I dunno..." He pushed the coffee shop door open and headed straight for the counter, both of us ordering something to drink, I got some food and then we found the most secluded table we could. neither of us saying another word until we had both taken our jackets off and sat down.
"so spill it Mini...what's got you all confused?" I asked even though I had a good idea why he was acting the way he was.
"uh...I'm not sure" he mumbled and took a gulp of his coffee which must of been extremely hot still.
"Uhuh...Mini...what happened?"
He sighed heavily, running his tongue around the inside of his mouth, I assumed because he burnt his mouth on his coffee.
"Tyler kissed me" he mumbled as his face slowly turned pink, even though he seemed to be embarrassed there was also something else shining in the back of his eyes.
"and that's a problem?" I asked as I moved my coffee to one side and pulled my sandwich towards me.
"I'm not sure" he mumbled and sighed, I waited for a moment to see if he'd fill the silence "He told me to stop him and I didn't do it...he's going to hate me when he's sober"
"why would he hate you?... he wouldn't of kissed you if he didn't want to" I will admit I was a little confused about what Mini was trying to tell me.
"He told me three times to stop him...and I couldn't do it" he seemed to be trying pretty hard not to fall to pieces on me, and I think I knew what he was scared about, it wasn't just the risk of losing a friend it was the whole crew, if Tyler couldn't stand to be around Mini it would make things awkward for the rest of the gang, we'd all feel guilty if one asked to record when we had arranged something with the other.
