Angel opened the front door. "There's Kool Aid in the fridge, put your coat anywhere, make yourself at home." She said.
"Okay," Matt said,"Do you have any makeup?"
  "No." Angel said.
"Good, never wear makeup ever, you're twelve." Matt said.
He had planned out how this whole date would go. They would find the perfect outfit and totally blow Clark away with how beautiful she looked. But she's already super beautiful, so how much can you do really? But Matt needed this date to be perfect, so they had to try.
"We need the perfect look. We need something that just screams 'Angel!'"
"Well, we can go through my closet. We're not going until four thirty." Angel said. She lead them up to her room.
Angel pushed open the door and Matt gasped. He dropped to the floor as Angel's black lab ran into his arms. "Dog!"
Angel Colin and Marybeth laughed. "Matt, this is Teia." Angel said, petting the dog on the head.
"I want 78 of them." Matt said.
Teia jumped onto Angel's bed. Angel walked to her closet and put her hands on the handles. "Okay Matt. Are you ready for this?"
"Do it." Matt narrowed his eyes.
Angel whipped the doors open. Matt dropped to his knees with his mouth open and sang like a choir of angels. Ha, angels like Angel. "OH MY LORD ITS GLORIOUS!" He shouted.
He got to his feet and walked slowly to the closet. There were skirts, dresses, skinny jeans, ripped jeans, leggings in all different colours, Nirvana tee shirts, ACDC tee shirts, flannel shirts, tank tops, leather jackets, infinity scarfs, sneakers, flip flops, high heels, flats, hair bows and one rainbow tutu.
"Where can one even find this many clothes?" Matt asked as he picked out a couple of dresses. "How do you have the time?"
"I do a lot of shopping," Angel said, looking fondly at her closet. "I like having fashion shows in my room."
"Marybeth, you heard the woman! Hit the music!"
  "How's Meghan Trainor?" Marybeth asked.
"How's Metalica?" Matt and Angel said at the same time.
  "I've got ACDC." Marybeth said.
"Okay, excellent." Matt said. He grabbed the rainbow tutu. He held it up and smiled at Angel.
"That's really more for parties." She said.
"Alright, where are you two going then?" Matt asked.
"Star Wars then to Gojis for Fro Yo."
"Woah!" Matt said. "Jeez, can Clark take me on a date? I've wanted to see The Force Awakens forevvveeerrrrr! Do you see this shirt?" He pointed to his Star Wars shirt. "Okay okay, but in all seriousness for movie dates you want to look absolutely gorgeous but not like you're trying. I mean, sure you're trying, but it's almost effortless. Like a super casual kind of fancy. Get it?"
  "No." Angel said.
"Then prepare to try on every outfit in this closet." Matt said.
And so it began. They tried on jeans, skirts, dresses, everything they could find. Colin and Marybeth mostly sat and judged the outfits, trying on a few outfits themselves, while Matt ran around, clothes flying everywhere. This ended with Matt lying on the floor in the rainbow tutu, Marybeth on the bed wearing a pink fedora, and Colin wearing just his boxers and a way over sized Nirvana shirt, (which Matt thought he looked totally hot in, but he didn't say that,) thrown over Matt's stomach.
Matt raised his arm. "Angel," he panted, tired from running around so much, "come on out."
Angel walked out of the bathroom connected to her room. She looked super fancy, in a casual way.
She was wearing one of those button up tank tops with the fancy jewelled collar, skinny jeans, black converse and a bunch of bracelets.
  "Wow." Marybeth said.
"Well Matt, no one can ever say you haven't got fashion sense." Colin said. "Angel, you look great."
  "Why, thank you." She said.
Marybeth raised her hand. "I have a question. Why is Colin not wearing pants?"
"Because he's cute." Matt said. If Colin blushed any more, he might have burst into flames.
"Pants are a thing only for public places." Angel said. "When you're in this house you need not wear them."
  Marybeth cringed. "Ooookay..."
"OH CRAP!" Matt shouted, pushing Colin off of him. "ITS FOUR TWENTY FOUR! HE'LL BE HERE ANY MINUTE! COLIN PUT YOUR PANTS ON, WE HAVE TO GO!"
Everyone scrambled out of the room in a hurricane of clothes. Angel had a fire escape connected to her room (that girl has everything!) so they all went out that. Matt simply jumped off the second floor, much to Colin's and Marybeth's protest. They ran out to the front yard where Matt pulled them behind the hedge to spy, er I mean "observe."

Clark walked up to the door. He looked super handsome, he was wearing black jeans and a button up shirt pulled together with a tie.
"He's wearing a tie, that's so classy and gentlemen-y." Colin whispered.
  Matt took note of that.
Clark took a deep breath and knocked. After a couple seconds Angel opened the door. Clark took a moment to take in how gorgeous she looked. Matt was completely focused on the red string connecting their fingers. It was so fascinating to him that they were twelve and already knew who they were going to marry.
  "Hey," Angel said.
"Hi." Clark said. "Ready to go?"
  "Yeah," Angel said.
"Oh, you've got something on your shoulder," Clark said.
"Oh," She turned to check, but then Clark put his arm around her shoulders.
"It was me." Clark smiled. Angel laughed.

  "They're so cute!" Matt gushed.
"That line was so smooth too." Colin said.
"Oh Colin, you've got something on your face." Matt said.
"Oh, really?" Colin brought up a hand to wipe it off.
Matt kissed his cheek and smiled. "It was me."
  Colin blushed.
"No stop, I'm single and you're being too cute." Marybeth said.
"Oh, well sorry." Matt said sarcastically as he started to get up. "So, who wants to go to the mall for Orange Julius's?"
"Me!" Marybeth and Colin both said.
