Chapter 8 A new what?

"Lauren?" I asked in disbelief.
She was crying. What was going on?
"Can you come with me please?" She asked with tears coming down her face and with her hand stretched out.
I took her hand and tried not to freak out over the fact that I was holding LAUREN FREAKING JAUREGUI's hand! I followed her till we got to a dark and quiet room. She sat on a chair and I stood on my knees near her.
"What's wrong?"
"I just... I'm sorry" she started crying even harder.
I was trying so hard not cry. She looked so sad.
"Hey..." I said while putting my hand under her chin, making her to look at me.
She stared at me with her beautiful eyes full of tears.
"Whatever it is that is making you sad, it's going to go away, I promise!"
After this, she hugged me so tigh! I hugged her back and we stayed there hugging for like 2 minutes. She was still crying but you could see that she was trying to stop.
After 2 minutes, we pulled away from the hug and she stared at the floor for a few seconds.
"I asked to call because in the break I saw some of your gifts and I just..." She started talking.
"You just what? Were they horrible?" I started to worry. Was I the reason for her sadness?
"No, no! They were amazing! I loved them. But I just...Before the meeting I read some comments on twitter and they were saying that no-one liked me and stuff like that..." She stated with a tear coming down her face. "And you were the only who gave me gifts and asked for a Koala Hug and so I started thinking that maybe the comments were true. Not that I need more presents but I just..."
"Don't even think about that Lauren!" I interupted her."Maybe you didn't receive much presents tonight but I know for a fact that there are Lauren fanatics out there and they would give EVERYTHING to be here with you."
"But I've seen some instagram accounts and twitter accounts and they only like me because they think that I'm with Camila and it's all a secret. But I'm not!" She said.
"I know! But most of those people still like you for you, they just want to ship people all over the world. But they still LOVE you! Seriously!" I told her.
"Well..."
"Please believe in me! Or do something better go and watch the video that I made for you! I think it will help you!" I remembered.
"Ok."
She stared at the floor for a few minutes. I just needed to tell something.
I pulled her chin up, again and started talking.
"Lauren you are an amazing human being and you are beautiful, funny, intelligent and an interesting person, of course there are people who worship you but there will also always be jealous people and people who are just mean spirited, who will just want to bring you down every time! You just have to concentrate on the people who love you which is no difficult because they are all around the world."
Again, she hugged me very tigh. But it wasn't a hug given with the body, it was a hug given from the heart and you could really feel that. It was one of the best hugs I have ever received.
"Thank you" she said still hugging me.
I pulled away.
"No, Lauren. Thank you for being this amazing human being that I admire so much. Now let's get back there and awnser some question, shall we?"
"Yes." She saud with a shy smile.
I stood and my knees hurt so much. Without showing my pain, I stretched out my hand so Lauren would stood up too. She stood up and took me back to the room where everyone was. I got out first and after a few seconds she did the same.
She was now, way more happy, and that made ME happy.
I saw Ally ask her about what was going on and her response was "everything's fine now!". If made me feel good. I helped her after all those times when I was sad and I would see videos of her and feel much better.
The questions went on normally and Lauren had another type of energy now. Way less shy!
When the meet and greet ended i felt great! It had been, without a dought, one  of the best days of my life. The girls said goodbye and thanked us for coming.
Me, Marie, Annie and Mariam all went to Zöe's house because we had planned to do a sleepover. From the minute we entered the house till dinner, me and the girls were constatly on our phones on Twitter talking about the concert. Letting Fifth Harmony know that we had absolutly loved the show. At 8:30pm, Mariam and Marie were in the restroom, Annie had fallen asleep with her phone still in her hands and me and Zöe were still twetting.
All of a sudden a notification appeared in my phone. I was not suprised because I had many rt's from other portuguese harmonizers in my tweets. As I click it to see better I read "@laurenjauregui has mentioned you in her tweet." I let out a little scream of excitment. Then I remembered that it could be someone that was pretending to be Lauren so I clicked her name. As I see the blue check I widden my eyes.
"OH MY GOD!!!" I freaked.
"What happened?" Zöe asked taking her eyes of her phone's screen.
As I was opening my mouth to tell her, a thought wen't through my mind. 'What if she hadn't been mentioned in none of Fifth Harmony's tweets? I didn't want to make her feel bad.
"I... Left my phone charger in my house and I'm running out of battery." I managed to invent.
"I thought you were reacting to Lauren's new tweet." She said getting out of her bed to get the charger.
"Wait you saw it too?"
She stopped looking for the charger.
"Of course! I follow Lauren too, you know? Have you read it already?"
"No! What does it say?"
"Well, go ahead! Read it!" She encouraged me.
I entered Twitter again and click on the tweet.
"Thanks to the wonderfull @EmmaPorter for the amazing update on our show :) thank you for the peptalk and your optimism. Haven't seen your gifts yet."
OMG!!!! What is happening?
"Well I gather than you have read it already..." Zöe interrupted my thoughts.
"Yes!!! She's so nice!! I love her so much!"
Zöe smiled.
"Hmm I have to tell you something..." Zöe started.
"What happened? Is everything ok?" I asked really worried.
"Yeah! Everything is awsome! I wanted to tell you that Ally twitted me as well."
"Really?? That's awsome! Omg what did she say?"
"She said: Thank you for all your great gifts! I love each and everyone of them! And thank you for being such a big suporter!" Zöe read.
"Really? Wow! That's sooo cool!"
"Yeah it is! But I think that we shouldn't tell the other girls because I checked Fifth Harmony's twitter and no-one received a tweet like we did!"
I took some time to think about it! Maybe it was right... I don't want them to get upset.
"Yes. You are right!"

Lauren's POV:

"Hey Lauren! What did you think of 3 concerts?" Asked Ally.
"They were dope!"
"Yeah! Hmm Lauren?"
As I heard Ally's panic voice, I imediatly looked over to her.
"What's going?" I asked.
"Nothing... I just wanted to ask you if you were okay..."
I didn't quite understand why she was asking that.
"Yeah! Why shouldn't I... Oh!" then i remembered. She was refering to the meet and greet when I got out of the room. "Yes! Now I am!"
"What happened? Why did you call that Emma girl?"
"I was desperate and I knew that she would say the right thing! And she did!" I explained to her remembering Emma.
"Yeah I saw her presents... She's someone special! Very adorable and dedicated."
"Yes..."
"Oh well, I'm glad you're okay now, if you need something or someone, you know who to call!"
"Yes thank you"
She stood up and huged me like just Ally knows.
