The next day, Maya, Zay, and Josh went over to the apartment across Riley's place where Josh would be moving in. They all went into the new room that was already filled with furniture and other things and examined the place.
"I love this apartment" Josh smiled as they walked around the room "Isn't it perfect? I can't believe I've never realized how great it is".
"It's amazing" Zay commented "You better hurry up and fill out that application or I'm gonna beat you too it".
Josh gave a small chuckle, that is until Zay headed towards him and he ran out of the room as he gave a small laugh.
"Well I'm gonna check out his room" Maya said "Maybe there's something in there I can keep".
As she went to Josh's room, Zay went to the window that showed Riley's apartment across the street. And as he looked through the window, he spotted Riley and Lucas talking in the living room.
"Oh hey there's Lucas and Riley" he said "Hey guys!" he waved.
All of a sudden, Riley and Lucas started to take off each others shirts as Zay's eyes widen.
"Oh!" he exclaimed with shock as he watch them "Oh my God!"
At that point Maya came out from Josh's room and went up to Zay.
"Lucas and Riley!" Zay pointed as Maya's eyes widen.
"Oh my God!" Maya yelled.
"Lucas and Riley!" Zay yelled.
"Oh my God!"
"My eyes!" Zay turned away from the window "My eyes!"
"Zay!" Maya said "It's ok!"
"No they're doing it!" he said.
"I know! I know".
"You know?!"
"Yes I know! And Farkle knows! But Josh doesn't know so you have to stop screaming!"
"What's going on?" Josh entered as Zay and Maya screamed.
But Maya quickly changed her scream to a scream of excitement.
"What?" Josh asked.
"Nothing we're just so excited that you might get this apartment!"
"Actually-" Josh turned to Zay.
But Zay quickly joined Maya in their scream of excitement.
"Oh yeah we're just so excited!" he exclaimed.
"Yeah join us!" Maya exclaimed.
"Ok" Josh shrugged as he joined them in their excitement jump.
Later that day, Zay and Maya went to 'Topanga's' where they talked about Riley and Lucas.
"You mean whenever Riley and Lucas are going to that pizza place or just going somewhere together they're doing it?" Zay asked her.
"Yep" Maya grinned.
"I can't believe this, this is great, you go Lucas".
At that point Farkle entered.
"Hey guys" he said as he sat down.
"Oh Farkle" Maya said "Zay just found out about Riley and Lucas".
"You mean how they're friends and nothing more?" Farkle said as he looked at Maya with a suspicious look.
"No he knows. We were at Josh's apartment and we saw them making out through the window, actually we saw them doing it against the window".
