Rina's POV
Love is just for movies, that's what I thought until he came into my life and walked through the door of my wounded heart.
I never thought I could be able to feel this kind of feeling. For I never thought of getting well because I never decided to move on.
But what's life? What is life if I will not enjoy it? What is life if I could not be able to take step closer to the sun?
Happiness. Sadness. Sufferings. Victories. Pains. Recoveries. Those are the things life stands for. These what make life move forward. Moving on.
Wore the white my designer designed, I looked myself at the mirror in my room and emotionlessly I said, ' I have already moved on.' . Yes, I really did. Because it was over.
'Rina, are you ready with the pictorial?' I noticed that my mom stared at me as if she knew what I was thinking.
'Everything's gonna be alright, right mom? '
'Follow your heart. He loves you and you know that.' She said and smiled to me.
Smile. How long had it been since I last smiled? It's almost 2 years. Yeah. Two years of pain, questions kept coming one after another , why? How? Am I not enough? Have I done something terrible for it to happen?
Is it really good to marry him? Ain't I just being so good at nothing? Nothing but to love? Nothing but to fool myself?
'Two years had past, Rina, you should forgive him.' I did not know how my mother could say those words to me.
Did not she even know how hard it was for me?
'I thought you have already forgiven him' she added.
Yes, mom. I also thought about that.
Am I ready? I love Esis. He is the only guy I want to be with.
But what about the girl? The other one?
------
Esis' POV
'Hello. Tine. What are you doing?'
-'Whe.... Where are you?'
I felt on her voice that she was in pain.
'I am in the meeting, Tine.' I said. What a lie. Why am I rowing a boat in two rivers? Why is it hard for me to admit and tell myself who I really love.
But I love the two of them. They both give me happiness. I can not afford to lose anyone of them.
-'I Need you, Esis.' I heard single cry from her. Haven't she went to work?
