First off, thank you so much to XxtimeexplosionXx! When I logged on and saw you had voted for my story part and added it to your reading list, I was so excited. Thank you! Also, to anyone else reading, sorry you didn't get mentioned. XxtimeexplosionXx was just the one I really noticed.
Second, sorry it's been so long. I have mid-term exams this week, today being the first actual exam day. So anyway, Wattpad hasn't exactly been the first thing on my mind but I decided to get on real quick and check this. I'm so glad I did.
Thirdly and lastly, this is going to be a real quick chapter put together just to update it so it doesn't sit un-updated for two months and as a thank you to the reader mentioned above. It's going to have a lot of time skips because I'm trying to get this done within the hour."Button, what should we do today?"
"Arcade!"
I giggled and shook my head. "We've done that every day since we started hanging out this much! I wanna do something different."
Button scrunched up his face in thought. He suddenly perked up. "We could go to my house! My mom's gonna love having you over and I have plenty of games there!"
I thought about it for a second, then after deciding for it, gave a little jump and nod. "Sounds good, Button!"
"Awesome! Let's go!""Thank you Mom!"
"You're welcome, Button. You two just tell me if you need anything else!" His mother walked out of the room and left us alone. (A/N: Get ready for another YouTube video reference)
We started up the computers and got onto a Minecraft server together. We started by exploring a little, and then started to gather wood.
We continued simply gathering wood until the sun started to set. At this point, we just started to mine for cobblestone and coal.A few hours and a lot of progress later, I was getting ready to mine for diamond with Button watching out for monsters. I could tell that he wanted to stay in our house, but I don't think he realized it wouldn't matter either way. I didn't say anything to him though because he was kind of adorable when he was nervous.
"Don't mine at night! I know you're looking at that cave and you're feeling kinda brave. Go to bed; you'll be all right!
Don't go deeper, make a change. Get the gold and get away. Zombies wanna eat our brains! I'll fight away the skeletons while you're looking for diamonds.
They're getting closer; better run! No, this won't be our final day. We'll find a way!"
I shook my head and ran into the cave, following the path of torches to where I had been previously. He reluctantly followed me in.
Button's mother then came in the room. "Alright little fillies, I think it's time to go your seperate ways," she said.
"Bu-"
"'But' is not allowed. Sweetie Belle can come over any time she wants, but for now, it's goodbye."
Button groans and closes his computer, and I do the same. I stand up and smile at his mom. "Thank you for having me over! I really enjoyed my time here!" I thanked.
She smiled back at me and replied, "You can come back another time, for sure, Sweetie!" She then looked back at Button. "Go ahead and walk her to her house, but come straight home afterward."
Button nodded and dashed for the exit. "C'mon Sweetie!"
I bounded after him and we ran halfway back, before deciding to walk the rest of the way.
"I had a lot of fun today, Button. I think it was more fun than the aracde."
"Oh definitely! We could do it tomorrow."
"Sounds great!"
We then fell into silence. To me, it was a comfortable one. We walked this way the rest of way, until I got right outside my door.
"Goodnight Sweetie Belle! See you tomorrow!"
"Goodnight Button!"
I walked in my house and a smile burst onto my face. There you go! The next part is up! I'll start working on the next in probably the next week or so. It'll probably be tomorrow, Thursday, or Friday. I'll try to get my updates closer together, too. I won't have a schedule because schedules throw off my want to write. Anyway, see ya later! ^_^
