Chapter 5

Heyyyy , baiiiiiii

Katniss POV-(Later that day)

"Katniss, Ashley is almost here!"Prim yells from downstairs

"K!"

Ashley is our cousin, She's 25 years old and has a baby, Her baby's name is Bailey she's a girl, obviously, I never got to met Bailey so this is a huge moment

"Oh my god she's so cute!"I hear Prim squeal from downstairs

"Katniss!There's a surprise over here!"My mom yells

I run downstairs and see Bailey

She has Blonde hair and blue eyes

Nobody in my family had brown hair and grey eyes anymore

When our eyes' meet everything freezes, We just stare at each other which seems like forever

For some reason it feels like a small Peeta

I smile and she smiles back at me

"It seems like you two have a strong connection"Ashley says

I look at her and smile then look back at Bailey, "Yeah, I guess we do"

"Well, We made some lamb stew"My mom says

"Alright, I'll help, Katniss want to hold Bailey as i help set the table?"Ashley asks me

I nod and smile

She hands me Bailey and walks to the kitchen

Bailey stares at me and keeps smiling

"Hi, Little tiny Peeta"I whisper and let out a small laugh

A huge confused look washes all threw her face

I chuckle and kiss her forehead

My Phone starts ringing from my room

"Wanna go see who it is?"I ask Bailey

She smiles and lets a gurgle

I chuckle, "I'll take that as a yes"I say and start walking upstairs

"Oh, It's from your twin, Peeta"I tell her and laugh

Katniss POV-(On Phone with Peeta AKA Bailey's twin)

"Hello?"

"Hey, Just wanted to check up on you and see how you are doing"He says

"I'm amazing"I tell him, smiling

He laughs, "I can hear it in your voice, So what are you so happy about?"He asks

"My cousin came and brought her little baby, Her name is Bailey and she reminds me of you"I tell him while looking at Bailey

"Oh really?, How?"

"She has blond hair and blue eyes"I say

"Wow, Maybe someday i can meet my twin"He says and chuckles

I laugh, "When i saw you were calling i told her if she wants me to answer her twin, She was totally confused but she will get it when she meets you, She's adorable"

"Ohhh, Are you calling me adorable?"He asks with a laugh

"No, your not a little baby or a girl"I tell him laughing

"Wow, That was hurtful"He says

I chuckle,"Well i better get going"

"Ok bye"He says

"Bye"

And with those words we hang up

I go downstairs and into the kitchen to find my family working together

And i just watch them, feeling so lucky to have these people in my life
