Gina

I walked down the corridor with my best friend, Millie. I had known Millie since I was around five years old, I'm now eighteen and boy have the years gone quickly.

We walked down the corridor listening to music. When I say walked, I mean we basically danced down that corridor and literally everyone was looking at us like we were mad! But we didn't care, not one bit. That was the thing with Millie and I, we listen to the same music and we were literally the same person, except not, if that makes any sense.

We were basically sisters, twins even. We act like twins because we're with each other all the time, and we get along really well.

Like I said we've known each other since we were five so I think we know each other pretty well.

And like any other day at school, we went to class together, but that day, I felt different. It was like there was a part of me that thought something was wrong and I had no idea why.

"G, you okay?" Millie asked me. She looked at me, clearly worried that I wasn't okay, I looked over at her.

"Millz I'm fine. I just feel different, as if something bad is going to happen. I don't know why, it's just like a gut feeling, you know?" I said. Millie sighed and hugged me.

"Nothing bad is going to happen, okay?" She said, "I promise."

"What if you're wrong?" I asked, "what if something does happen?"

"Then I'll be with you, if something happens, alright? You're my best friend, I'm not going to leave you. Ever." She whispered.

I nodded, "I love you." I mumbled, "I don't know what I'd do without you, you're my best friend."

"I'm not going anywhere." She said and pulled away. "I love you too, you're my best friend how could I not love you?" She asked, smirking.

I glared at her, "why are you smirking?" I asked, "you're keeping something from me, aren't you."

"You're quite perceptive, aren't you?" She mocked me. Or rather a character that I loved. I gasped.

"Millie." I warned. "Don't."

"Too soon?" She asked.

"Too soon." I confirmed.

All of a sudden we were interrupted by our teacher clearing their throat to start the lesson.

Half way through the lesson, as I was writing down what the teacher was telling us, I looked up and out of the window, I saw a spark from somewhere and all of a sudden, the telephone lines outside of the school, started to fall towards our classroom.

"Miss!" I screamed. She turned around to me clearly annoyed.

"What is it Gin-" she got cut off as the telephone line came into her view and screamed, "everyone run!" She shouted and we all headed for the door.

I grabbed Millie's hand and we sprinted for the door. Or at least I tried to sprint, but Millie was injured. She had glass in her foot, so she could hardly run.
