"Prove yourself, prove you are strong enough to survive!" Toriel exclaims."you don't have to fight her  (y/n) she doesn't want to hurt you!" Frisk says as the battle begins. 'Are you sure?' you ask in your head. "Of course I am, she loves you!" Frisk says before Chara is able to say anything. You move your hand from the FIGHT button to the MERCY button and click the spare option. You hear Frisk sigh in relief as Toriel looks at you with a questioning look. Reluctantly she send fire balls towards you, you easily dogged as if you had, had years of practice."please I don't want to fight you, just let me through!" you pleaded with Toriel, but she doesn't listen, once again sending fire balls at you. Every time you spared her she would grow increasingly sad and it became clear she didn't want to fight either. You didn't give up and kept sparing her no matter what she said, but she said something that caught your attention "I know we don't have much but we can live happily here, and I promise to take good care of you...so please just go back upstairs". You wordlessly spare her once again " no, I understand you would be unhappy trapped down here,the RUINS are quite small once you get used to them". The battle ends and Toriel tells you if you want to leave then not to come back, then bends down to give you a hug that you can't help but return. After she leaves you feel Frisk hug you as he thanks you continually for not fighting Toriel. "You can let go now Frisk" you says blushing slightly."oh, s-sorry" Frisk stutters slightly embarrassed. You look around and notice that a certain someone was missing."hey, Frisk where's Chara" you ask a bit worried. "I'm over here" you jump at his unexpected voice. "Where were you?"you ask. " standing here waiting for you to stop hugging " he says teasingly, but he looked a little hurt at the fact Frisk got to hug you. You decided not to say anything and went through the door and after walking through a long hallway you see Flowey waiting for you." So you spared one person and played by your own rules, but what if you come across a ruthless killer.....will you still spare them" Flowey says while laughing maniacally before disappearing into the ground. You stood there for a minute slightly taken aback before leaving through the final doorway.
