Chapter 13: Hwa-young's Confession

Mu-kyul and his band was rehearsing on the stage. Meanwhile, Hwa-young search for something and she found Mu-kyul's phone?! Then, she search something in his phone and finally... she saw Mae-ri's photos in his phone!!!

Hwa-young feel very shocked and stared at the picture for a while...

Meanwhile, at Lee Hwan's office;

Lee Hwan: I want to know... why... you ran away from me after I confessed that I like you back then?

Mae-ri stood still and keep silent. She didn't know how to react. She can't even move her mouth and lips to speak.

But then... she finally open her mouth and aswered;

Mae-ri: I'm sorry... that i... suddenly ran away from you after... after you confessed that you likes me... It's all my fault...

Lee Hwan: (stared at Mae-ri) I understand... you can go now...

Mae-ri bowed and left his office. Lee Hwan flashed back during his high school.

Lee Hwan was crying. His uniforms was dirty. Mae-ri was on his side.

Mae-ri: Don't worry. I will always be with you. Okay?

Lee Hwan sat on his office looking desperate and upset at the same time.

Seo Jun and her dad arrive at the big building. They went inside the building and finally her dad spoken;

Seo Jun's dad: This is your new home. Your new field. I hope you can get along with it. You will going to handle my business from now on.

Seo Jun: (silently follow her dad)

Both of them inside the lift and going up to the highest level. They arrived on the floor and step out from the lift.

Seo Jun's dad: I'm gonna introduce you with other staffs.

All the staffs were looking at Seo Jun when they entered.

Seo Jun's dad: Listen here! This is my daughter and she will manage my company soon.

People keep whispering to each other after the annoucement.

Mae-ri: Seo Jun ssi??

Seo Jun: (suprised) Mae ri?

Seo Jun's dad: Let's go Seo Jun. I want you to meet someone important.

Seo Jun and his dad entered a room.

Seo Jun's dad: Hwan, meet my daughter Seo Jun. Seo Jun, this is manager in this section, Lee Hwan.

Lee Hwan: (smiles) Hi. Nice to meet you.

Seo Jun: (smiles)

At the same time, Mae-ri was hiding behind the door and wanted to see what happen inside Lee Hwan's room.

Hwa-young went to Leo and sat by his side. Leo was nervous that time.

Hwa-young: Leo... well... i wanna ask you... Who is actually Mae-ri?

Leo: Ahh... she is Mu-kyul's girlfriend. But, i guess they are more than boyfriend-girlfriend now. Why you ask?

Hwa-young: Nothing... (leave)

Leo was upset when he saw Hwa-young leaving him...

Mae-ri at her desk. She was curious about Seo Jun coming to the office. Suddenly, Seo Jun came to her.

Seo Jun: Mae-ri. Can you come with me for a sec?

Seo Jun and Mae-ri at cafeteria and both of them sat silently. Finally, Seo Jun told to Mae-ri about her desicion to give up acting and decided to continue her dad business. Mae-ri was shocked with Seo Jun sudden decision and ask her if its okay to leave acting. Suddenly, Mae-ri's phone ringing and she answered the phone.

Mae-ri: Hello.

Jung In: Hello. Mae-ri.

Mae-ri: Jung In ssi.

(At the same time Seo Jun suprised when she heard Jung In's name)

Jung In: Mae-ri, Is Seo Jun there with you?

Mae-ri: ahh.. a...she's here with me now.

Jung In: Where?

Mae-ri: At cafetaria where i works.

Jung In: Say to Seo Jun, don't go anywhere. I'll be there.

Off phone.

Mae-ri: Jung In ssi... said that he will come here... What's is going on between both of you?

Seo Jun: It's nothing. I shall go now. I don't want to meet him. (stand up and leave)

Seo Jun was walking to the lift but then suddenly...

Jung In: Seo Jun!

Seo Jun stopped and turned back and saw Jung In in front of him. Jung In walked close to Seo Jun.

Jung In: Why? Why you decided to quit?

Seo Jun: It's none of your business... (turn and walk away)

But Jung In stop her by holding her arms. Seo Jun turn to Jung In. Their eyes met and they stay quiet for a while...

Mae-ri was confused from what had happen just now. Then, she decided to call Mu-kyul. Mu-kyul's phone ringing. Hwa-young saw Mae-ri's name on the screen. She took the phone. Suddenly...

Mu-kyul: Hwa-young! What are you doing?

Hwa-young: No. Well...

Mu-kyul: Give my phone back.

Hwa-young: (give to him slowly)

Mu-kyul: (turn away and leave)

Hwa-young: (quickly ran to Mu-kyul and hug him from behide)... oppa... sarangheyo!

Mu-kyul: (shocked)

At the same time... Mae-ri... actually heard what Hwa-young said!
