I come up gasping for air. I seem to see nothing but empty ocean.
I look around and there is no sign of my family or friends. I wasn't sure what to do then all of a sudden in the distance I hear my name. It was Kathryn. "Oh my god are you okay?" We both said. "I'm not sure". "What happened?" Kathryn said. "I don't know I remember us going into a big wave and that's it" I said.
"Where's mom?"
"I don't know"
I dive under looking for her. As I open my eyes underwater the salt devours my eyes and I can no longer see.
I see no signs of any living creatures except some birds flying above us.
We are lost at sea.
