I wake up to see the beautiful sunrise.
"Woah isn't it amazing" Kathryn says as she wakes up. "Yeah pretty amazing"
We walk down the ladder that we built and head out to get some food. I told Kathryn to start making the fire and I was going to go out to hunt. She replied "No I'm not letting you go alone". So we went together. We see a little squirrel and it seemed like an easy enough target. I was hunting with a spear that we had made. It wasn't the best, but it would have to work. We crept up on the creature then boom out of nowhere.
It attacked us and it was a scratching,biting, doing everything you could imagine.
We finally got away from the squirrel and we decided we would go spear fishing instead.
Once we got back to the white beach. We walked into the water and the fish came towards us.
Stab! We got one, then another. They just kept coming.
"I guess we are having fish for breakfast" I said.
"I can find some safe berries" Kathryn said.
"I saw some by our hut"
"Great !"
We hugged each other and knew that everything was going to be okay.
