Before Akame can do anything or let her mind proceed on the happening events when the Matsuno brothers grabbed and dragged her in some part of Tokyo.

Then Akemi remembered Ichimatsu's advise from the previous night.

"you know that you can't always run away with it, my brothers will pester you for answer"

Author's PoV :

Akemi is currently sitting with five of the Matsuno brothers, Ichimatsu was not present at the moment. She was taken to the Matsuno residence, there's a intense staring and awkward atmosphere was present in the room.

"Umm..." Akemi spoke, breaking the silence and tapping sounds "...what am I doing here?"

"Eh? Isn't it obvious" said Osomatsu

"We're here to ask you a lot of questions" Choromatsu suddenly change his clothes into a detective coplay.

"Uh, where's Ichimatsu-kun?" Akemi tried to stall time, hoping that she'll be save from interrogation.

"Ah! Ichimatsu nii-san is around the alley way" Jyushimatsu answered "feeding the cats again"

"Is that so?" Akemi nodded as she came up a plan to distract other "oh yeah, what did Ichimatsu-kun do to you guys last night?"

All of the Matsuno brothers suddenly flinched at Akemi's question, they stopped whatever they were doing  and the colour on their faces became pale by each passing second. They stood up and went to a corner and started whisphering and mumbling.

" I don't want to do it again"

"I don't want to see it again"

"M-my Karamatsu girls! Nooo"

"Hustle Muscle! Hustle Muscle!"

"Ichimatsu-nii... scary... unwanted memories"

Amongst the five brothers, Jyushimatsu was the only one left unaffected while the rest was contemplating about their life.

"Jyushimatsu, what did Ichimatsu do last night? " Akemi poked Jyushimatsu, tilting her head slightly hoping for an answer.

"I don't know!"  He answered enthusiasticly "but we had a one on one conversation with Ichimatsu-nii"

"What did you guys talked about?"

"I don't remember!"

Sound of a doorknob clacking, attempting to unlock it. The Matsuno suddenly flinced. Assuming Ichimatsu is back from feeding the cats

"Oi! Don't you guys think Ichimatsu's early today" Osomatsu half whisphered, half yelled "we need to hurry and get Akemi out of this place!"

The Matsuno brothers nodded in agreement as they immediately grabbed Akemi, planning where to hide her. However, it was already too late when they 'tried' to hide her.

"Yo!" Akemi waved her hand as she casually greeted Ichimatsu.

"... why are you here?" Ichimatsu asked

The Matsuno brothers made weird uncomfortable face as they were gesturing Akemi to not tell Ichimatsu unnecessary information.

"They dragged me" Akemi replied shrugging her shoulders.

Ichimatsu then looked at his brothers as they all looked pale as a sheet of paper.

"Hoo, is that so?" Ichimatsu smirked at his brother "care to explain why drag someone outside of their home who just recovered from a fever from yesterday"

The Matsuno brothers sweat dropped from their faces as they gulped altogether at the same time.

"Y-you see Ichimatsu-kun, we just want to ask few questions about Akemi" Osomatsu volunteered as he answered bravely.

"Y-yeah! We just want to ask her few questions" Choromatsu supported Osomatsu.

Ichimatsu stared at them for a few minutes as he sat in his usual corner and shrugged. Signalizing that it was 'okay' the Matsuno brothers sighed in relief as they looked Akemi like a Jaguar looking at their prey.

"Eh? Eh!? W-what's going on?" Akemi smiled nervously as she waved her hands in the air for self defense.

"We just want to know why you couldn't contact us" Karamatsu said as he looked at his mirror.

"Eh? Ah, that! Is that what you all wanted to know?" Akemi sighed in relief as she relaxed her tense body.

"Also we wanted to know if you really had an accident" Todomatsu added.

The Matsuno brothers nodded in unison as they looked at Akem, waiting for her to tell the reason that they were dying to hear.

"Well, the accident part is true" Akemi scratched her nape "I couldn't contact everyone because the hospital banned me, since it might strain my body"

"What the heck!" Osomatsu nodded agreeing with her reason "I see, well we're sorry to drag you all the way here!"

"No, it's alright! I mean it's been a long time since I hang out with all of you guys" Akemi stood up as she went to grab her things.

Ichimatsu was simply observing the current events, keeping his mouth shut to say any unnecessary words. He stood up from his usual spot and went outside.

"I'm going back to feed the cats"

The matsuno brothers nodded as they chatted with Akemi till afternoon.

6:24 P.M

The sun was setting down, Akemi told the Matsuno brothers she's leaving. On her way home, she decided to go to a secret pathway. It has a grassy slanted park that few people know, beside it lead a shallow river up until the knees.

She stared at the falling sun and could not resist to sit down to watch. The rays of sun gently tackled Akemi's skin as she admired the view.

Akemi released a small inaudible sigh, her gaze never left the river's water, watching  it hits the sun's rays.

'A lie after another, huh?'  Akemi thought to herself.

'Lies kept piling up'
