Normal Italics:

ITALICISED CAPITALS:
Descriptions of viewing angles and camera action (director tips)

NORMAL CAPITALS:
Character names, precede dialogue.

[Italicised text in square brackets]:
Character names, appear after character descriptions.

Normal text:
Dialogue

[Normal text in square brackets]:
Dialogue cues, mood description and character actions directly related to dialogue (actor tips).

Bold, Normal text:
Shifts in scenery/setting.
