Step 6 : Block 3

My flashlight guide my way to block 3 . Eventhough the path is shined with the car's headlight , my paranoia were eating my brains . I shine towards the Dark Hallway . The atmosphere is dense . My vision is only limited to the small light ray . It's so quiet , I can hear myself breathing . My steps were soft but I can hear them stomping . Sweats are forming on my temple . Why did I came here ? Oh God . Help me . My hands was shaky , my legs were begging to go back . I enter the dark Hallway .

"Lily" I whisper . "Raul" I keep on repeating those whispers . I took the stairs to the first floor . Should I go back ? No ! Yes ? Those questions are playing in my head .

*shhhhh*

I quickly enters one of the room that were left opened . What is that ? It sounds like something being dragged . I switched off the torchlight . Now the place is pitched black . I can only hear the sound getting louder . My heartbeat is pumping faster . My blood boils insides me . Adrenaline is injected into my bloods . Asking me to run but my legs were frozen solid . I crouch and hide behind the door with the wall behind my back . I leaned towards it . Making sure there's a momentum if I want to run . Lily . Raul . Where the eff are you ? My heart felt like its going to jumps out of my chest as the dragging sound came closer . I can hear footsteps now . My body was shaking , I waited for the sound to go away . The dragging sound and the footstep is very near to my hiding spot . Please go away . I kept on praying . When the sounds were infront of the room im hiding . It stops . I closed my eyes and pray . I hear a groan just behind the walls .
It came closer and enters the room .

Its way too dark to see who is it or what is it but my heart is pumping like crazy . I can even hear my own heartbeat ! I was too scared to move . Too heavy to run and too shaky to aim a punch .

Suddenly , a woman's cry is heard .

She was crying slowly . Painful cries .

My heart keep on beating like a drum .

A slow growling approach my face . When did it came this close ?

Aughhhh . The woman's voice is getting higher . Louder . More Painful .

My eyes were adjusting with the darkness and I can see shadow image of that thing .

I can tell by the foul smell of its mouth . I can feel its breath hitting my face . I closed my eyes and hope it goes away .

The growling kills my spirit to keep on hoping . It knows I'm here .

*AUGHHHHHH*

It screech in response to the sound . BAM ! The door was smashed into pieces with it's fist . It start to crawl and sprint out of the room . Crashing into everything in it ways . What is that thing ? What is that sound ? What is happening here ? Many questions pops in my mind and the only thing I like about this is that I'm save . For now . I pick up my torchlight . And started to run .

I need to find Lily and Raul fast ! I kept on running . I'm not sure it's a good idea because my footstep can be heard from miles away . But I need to hurry . " Lily !! " I keep on shouting .

I'm starting to get tired . My vision is starting to fade .

The darkness and the heat is flowing into my head . I'm going crazy now .

Another screech is heard . That thing is following me .

I just keep on running and taking every turn available . I don't even know where I am right now .

*BAM ! * "Erghhh Son of a --- " My head grew dizzy . " Dude ?! Get up now !! " Its Raul ! I bumped into Raul !! He pulled me up and start forcing me to run . Dragging me to follow his pace .

We stopped when we reached a room . Raul locked the door and put down his torchlight in the middle of the room . He's sweating . A LOT . He try to catches his breath and engulfing a load of saliva at once . He is definitely out of his breath .

"Lily -- " I hold my knee and uses it to support my leg . "Where's Lily ? " I continue while taking a huge amount of air at once . Raul sat there looking down on the floor . Closing his eyes and still trying to catch his breath . " WHERE'S LILY ?! " I shouted . He tackles me and covers my mouth with his palm .

"Shut Up ! " He whispers . " He is still near " He continues . He slowly releases me .

"Where the eff is Lily ?? " I forces him to talk . Grabbing his collar and preparing my fist for a punch .

"Baby boy just grew some balls eh ? " He chuckles . I know and he knows that I cant win fighting him . " What's wrong ? Feeling guilty ?? " He smack my hand forcing me to releases his collar .

"Where's Lily ? " I asked again . I swear I'm gonna kill him if he said that he left her. He laughed again and walk slowly to me . " Do you know what I saw brother ?? " His face is an inch away from mine . I gulp a huge load of saliva down my throat .

" That thing out there -- " He backed off . " Is trying to eat you " He pulled out the bat Gray gave him . It was broken . " You see this -- " He throw the bat to me . I manage to catch it . " that is the reason you don't mess with that thing "

"Where's Lily ? " My face getting hotter .

*Door opens *

"There's Lily . " He pointed to the door . It is Lily ! I stood up and hugged her . " Jack ? What are you doing here ? " She asked .

AUGHHHHH !!!

" Save the hugging part for later " Raul stands up .

" They know we are here "
