and then she whispered, "go."
he hesitated, "where?"
"away from me."
"but-"
"no. no." her voice trembled. "i can't do this anymore. you're drowning and you drag everyone down with you instead of looking for a life boat. i tried to be your lifeguard, come and save you from the darkness underneath. but you swam away from my boat and blamed me when you drowned."
she walked away with not another word.
