OK, so, the blood color is a pretty important part of a homestuck oc. Just, don't make your oc fuchsia blooded, or mutant blooded. Reasons for this, all the fuchsia bloods are dead, ·Besides Feferi, Meenah, and the Condecse.·
And you can't just make your oc mutant blooded because there's a reason they're mutants. Not everyone has candy red blood!
2. Next gen/sburb session.

3. Sibling/immediate family to the original cast.
It's stupid! They were never in homestuck.
Don't bitch me about long lost siblings or some shit.
4. Weird ass horns/ or ones identical to the main cast.
Please, be creative. And don't make them look like noodles or some shit.
5. Shipping them with the main cast/ fcking Canon up.
This is a rule for EVERY OC FOR ANY FANDOM.
DON'T MESS WITH CANON.
6. Trolls with blonde or basically anything except black.
It's acceptable to put highlights in they're blood color or something, but trolls have black hair.
7. Making up your own zodiac.
