She was falling.

Her wings were flapping every which way but she couldn't seem to fly. Her small arms were flailing around in order to stabilize herself and her hair was flying everywhere. She took short breathes for the fear was welling up inside of her. When she turned her head, she was horrified to see that her wings were dissolving. Slowly they started to vanish.

She was beginning to forget what had happened. She forgot how she got into this situation in the first place. She forgot where she came from. She even forgot who she was...

Then she saw the ground. It was a forest, filled with pine trees. She tightly sealed her eyes, ready for the impact to come. She felt the branches of the trees scratch her frail skin as she hissed in pain and then landed hard onto the surface. Heat erupted from around her and the pines started on fire.

Then she saw nothing but black.

"Is she going to be okay?" Lucy heard a man's voice. It sounded distant and had an echo.

"O-oh! Hello general!" Another voice spoke. "Y-yes. Her vitals are normal and her breathing has returned to it's normal rate."

"Good." The general spoke. "What happened?"

"Um. We're not quite sure actually. She fell from a great hight so we think she might have fallen from one of the trees when the astroid hit. Poor girl. She's lucky she survived it."

Lucy didn't hear him reply until a few minutes passed.

"Thank you doctor. We'll keep a close eye on her." The general said and his footsteps were heard leaving the room.
