I fluttered my eyes open, I was still In the library. I sat up and looked around, Garroth was on the other side of the table. I rubbed my eyes and looked at where he was, he was gone. I looked around, scared. He spooked me when he was beside me holding out his hand.

"Chemistry class is about start, I have to go to history, I'll see you at lunch," he said. I still looked at him, looking at his blue eyes. He took his hand away and shook it in front of my face.

"Aphmau, you there?" he asked me. I shook my head and looked at him.

"Yeah, I'm here," I said yawning and stretching my arms out. I grabbed his hand and got up, I fell back onto my seat. I couldn't feel my leg. I told Garroth and he said it was probably because I slept on it, but I didn't.

"No, Garroth, I seriously can't feel my leg," I said scared.

"We should get you to the nurse then," he told me. He got to the side of me and let me rest on his shoulders. He walked me up to the front desk. On the way there, I turned to my right, I saw Laurance and Dante. I tried not to say anything, but I wasn't looking, I bumped into a book shelf. I fell off of Garroth and onto the floor. I turned and saw Dante and Laurance rush over to us. They helped me up, so did Garroth. My head now hurt and I couldn't feel my leg.

Laurance and Garroth let me rest on their shoulders while Dante rushed up to the front desk to grab a nurses pass. He came back with one and we walked out of the library. We stood at the entrance, it was passing period. Great. We tried our best to walk around the kids, they soon noticed us and made a clearing. We got down the hall, Nicole, Lucinda, and Travis were talking. We passed them and they came up to us.

Dante explained everything to them and they sighed with relief. Nicole insisted that she went with us so it doesn't look like some boys trying to pick up girls. Travis started to walk with us, but Lucinda pulled him away. We got down the other hall and walked into the nurses office. Nicole and Dante told the nurse while Laurance and Garroth set me down on the bed. Laurance walked away, Garroth took a seat next to me.

"Garroth, you don't have to stay by my bed," I told him.

"But I want to," he replied quietly. The nurse suddenly came out and asked Garroth a question I wished she never said.

"Uh, are you her boyfriend?" she asked. He looked at her, then at me, then at her.

'No, I'm not, I'm her friend, she's new," he replied honestly.

"If your not, you should be getting to class, the door's are about to close, I suggest you hurry," she told him.

"What happens if I don't make it?" he asked her. She held out a pass and wrote his name on it.

"Garroth is it?" she asked him, he nodded. She gave the pass to him.

"Just show this to the door just incase they close," she said. He looked at me. He got up and walked out, he stood at the door. He looked at me again, "I'll see you later," he said before he walked out the door. The nurse sat in his chair and asked me a couple of questions.

"I fell asleep in the library for like 5 minutes, I woke up, I couldn't feel my leg, then I bumped into a book shelf and my head hurts now," I replied to her.

"How were you sleeping? Like were you sleeping on two chairs laid out or what?" she asked. I nodded to her.

"I was sleeping flat, not on my side or anything," she got up and walked to my pillow. She pushed it up, she looked at me.

"Lift your head up, then your upper body," I did as she said. I held my side, it hurt. She walked over and touched it. I pushed her hand off. She touched my leg and tapped it. She got up and walked over to the drinking fountain to get me a cup of water.

"Your fine, your side and leg are a little numb, that's all. You should be ready in about half an hour or so," she said as she walked over with a cup of water. She handed me it, I thanked her and drank it. I set it on the bedside table. I started to lay back down, but she told me no.

'You have to walk around for a bit, darling." I sighed and got up out of the bed. I walked around for the rest of my time.

"My side doesn't hurt that much," I told her. She smiled, "I told you so," she said chuckling. I continued to walk, my leg started to feel better, but it still was a little numb. The bell rang, it was lunch. I asked her if I can go, she nodded. I grabbed my bag and rushed out of the door. I looked around for Garroth. I got out of the nurses office. I peeked around the corner, I saw him looking down at his feet while he walked. I yelled his name and waved to him, he looked up, smiling.
