Chapter 5

"That's what makes you beautiful!!"

"Ahh, my ears!"

Mara, Finn, Jace, and I, were on our way to the mall. I was driving with my car, because I really didn't want to take his... No offense. Well, kinda.

Jace was ranting, on how he should've drove because apparently he was the 'dude' and 'dudes' were suppose to drive, not the girl.

But then, the song 'What makes you Beautiful' by One Direction came on, and I started singing the lyrics at the top of my lungs. Yes, I'm a Directioner, and proud of it.

Mara occasionally sang with me, but she and Finn were mostly giggling at Jace. He was shouting 'Oh god why?' and 'Stop, please stop.'

When the song finished, he sighed with relief.

"Thank god." He muttered.

"Oh shut up, I know you enjoyed it.." I teased.

"Enjoyed it? An awful song by some thing direction, plus you're hyena voice does not equal something pretty." He said, chuckling to himself.

"You're so mean, right kids? Isn't Jace mean?" I ask looking at them in the mirror.

"Yeah Jace. Don't be so mean to Rosey." They both agreed.

"Rosey is the best singer ever!." Finn added.

"Awww thanks guys." I say making over-exaggerated hand gestures.

We arrived at the mall and started looking for costume stores. We found one, and entered.

"Okay, you take Mara, and I'll take Finn." I ordered Jace.

"Bossy... Give me your phone." He replied shaking his head.

"You're not touching my phone."

"Stop being stubborn, I need it to punch my number in. What if we get lost or something." Oh. I handed him my phone and he gave me his.

"Okay, text me or something if you find anything." I say shooing him off.  I purposely split us up because, to be honest, Jace can be kind of annoying.

Me and Finn walked around to the boys/kids section. He found a few ninja and Spiderman costumes. I ushered him to try it on.

"Do you need me to come in to help Finn?" I ask him from outside of the change room.

"No Rosy, I'm a big boy. I can do it by myself." I giggle and said 'Okay'. Kids are so cute.

He came out after each costume, and we both agreed on the ninja one. My phone buzzed, and I looked down to see a message from Jace or as I put him in, 'The Idiot'.

Is Mara

Umm what? I read it over and over, and I figured out it was probably Mara who sent it. I think she was telling me to go to the princess costume area. Me and Finn made our way there, and we saw Mara in a princess costume sitting on a bench. She looked adorable.

"Hey Mara, I love you're costume." I gushed.

"Shhhh." She whispered. Me and Finn were confused, but nodded.

"Jace! Come out." She hollered to the change room in front of us.

"Can I please not, Mar?" Jace said nervously. Hmm what is he talking about?

"No! You pwomised Jace." Mara whined. Jace groaned. I heard some rustling in the change room, when the door opened a bit. I saw him peak out and look around before coming out. I don't think he saw me.
