What Happened?

Chapter 18. What Happened?

Lauren's POV

It's been almost six hours since I last saw or heard from Camila and not going to lie I'm getting worried, she would normally of texted me by now at least a little hi or something, but no there was nothing. I was so lucky, that I know how to track down phones, because now I can track down hers and see if something has happened to her or if she's in any type of danger.

So I did, it took me and extra hour and a bit but I finally tracked down Camila's phone and it was in the middle of the street. Why was her phone just sitting here on a the pavement.

But then I suddenly heard shouting, definitely from boys, so I looked inside the hall next to me. Then I see these two boys, I could recognize one but not both, one was Darren, then there was the other boy, I didn't know who he was, but he was holding a gun. I tried searching the entire room looking for Camila but I couldn't see her, I started to panic. 

But then out of no where I hear camilas cute little cough, but I wasn't as cute, it's like she was struggling. That's when I had to call the police, did Camil know the boy I didn't, did she do something wrong that I don't know about? There are so many question running through my mind right now. But all I was focused on right now was getting Camila some help, so I did.

It took at least 10 minutes but felt like a life time for the police to show up. They asked where they were and I couldn't speak, I just pointed towards the hall, and saw them quietly walking  towards the doors.

I couldn't stand still there were so much emotions running through the my body right now. Things from, wanting to kill Darren and that other boy who looked like a fucking Dorito, to just wanting to get Camila out of there.

I was walking behind the police man, when we finally got inside the police started shouting. "Put your weapon down and get on to your knees!" But then out of no where there where three gun shots. I just froze I couldn't move, when I found the strength to finally move, I looked around for Camila, when I finally caught eye contact with her. Her brown chocolate eyes where tearing up, I then ran towards her and looks for where she got shot, then I saw it.....

She got shot in the abdomen.

"Someone call the fucking ambulance!" Is all I could say, Camila was losing consciousness, I started crying. Where was the fucking ambulance, the love of my life is about to die!
