Snazzy IRL

1/24/16

It's been a while so I thought I should actually write.

I went back to school in Tuesday. Eggplant is in my gym class. We didn't talk, but that was fine with me.

I went with my friend Madeline to the weight room. She taught me how to do everything since I had no clue.

In study hall, people were complaining about not having work to do, so now the first 15 minutes you are FORCED to read. Not sure if that fixed the problem.

In LA, I'm reading Eleanor and Park. It's a romance novel so after reading it I can go cry about my lack of love life :/.

In SS, we are listening to an audio book. I was sat next to my friend Sarah and, drumroll please, ................EGGPLANT. IT WAS MEANT TO BE!!!

In band, when I played, my nose exhaled. I just fingered my notes and didn't play because it might have been from the surgery.

Wednesday

Wednesday it snowed. All the schools except the HS and MS were closed. Not fair.

We had to play kickball. I don't know how to play defense, so I was just a bad 1st base. The boys who knew tried to give me instructions, but when I followed them they still weren't happy.

Opera people came and sang Shakespeare at out school. Impressive.

In science, we took a quiz. I didn't study. I didn't have the notes to study. I wasn't there all last week...........But I got a B

Today, I was informed that I was in a group project with the people at my table. Meaning I was in a group with eggplant. Good news: I get to talk to him. Cons: he's not the best at paying attention and actually working.

The nose thing mostly went away in band

Thursday

We played kickball again, except with eggplant. He wasn't on my team and he's really good at kickball so that started some mind conflicts.

We took a quiz in math. ACED IT!

I went to the media center to do a science ws. It was actually cool this time.

I told Sarah about eggplant. She guessed him first. She told me I had to explain in SS. I never did

We had the WHOLE PERIOD to work on our projects. In that time, we had made a brief outline and made an inside joke. Teehee.

At the end of class, I asked Sarah "Do you see now?" She said yes.

Friday (yay)

It was a free day in gym. I went to the weight room with Kassidy , another newish friend. Eggplant was there too. I thought about bringing up our inside joke, but then decided it was too risky. Kassidy and I were going to bench press and put on 20lbs. The boys (including Eggplant) started joking about someone only putting on twenty pounds. Then Kassidy said something to them and they "apologized." Then they kept saying they wanted to press before us and we said no. Then Eggplant brought up our inside joke. He said it quietly so only I could hear it I think. I pressed, then this other dude got on and kept showing off so we went to other things. Eggplant taught me how leg press. Them we got out because we would leave soon. I almost told Kassidy  about Eggplant, but we had to leave.

In SS, because that's currently the best class, we worked more on the folk take. We wet picking names for our character. Eggplant jammed his hand in the keyboard and said that would be the name. Sarah erased everything but a forward slash. Eggplant saw and said "Oh, that's out characters name, forward slash. With his wife, back slash. And their child, normal slash (l)"

Later in SS, I went in the hall to take a test. I heard the teacher shout at eggplant and then mention my name. I think she was satin he couldn't behave unless I was there. If that meant I couldn't leave him then I had no problem with that.
