Kanan and Ezra both captured with a new Friend

Chapter 1: Finding a new Ally

"I am Rae Jarrus."

Those words struck Kanan deeply and it scared him. He studied her up and down. Rae's dark brown hair was shiny as the sun struck it making it look much lighter than what it actually was. She wore a white shirt with a grey cropped top jacket, black pants, black Jedi boots, a comm link on her left wrist, and hanging from her utility belt were two lightsabers and two holsters, holstering two WESTAR-35's. 

Rae looked a little confused at the three crew members wondering what the silence was for. Hera immediately realized this and broke the silence quickly. "Well, I guess I should introduce you to my crew." Hera started. "I'm Hera, the captain of the Ghost. Up there is Kanan, he's the leader of the crew, beside him is Ezra and he is Kanan's Padawan. And the others..." she trailed off before picking up her comm, calling for Zeb, Sabine and Chopper to come out. In the mean time, Kanan and Ezra hopped down so they would be able to have a proper conversation with the young girl. Ezra looked at the girl curiously. "Yes??" she asked noticing Ezra staring at her. He blushed deeply before asking his question. "How old are you?" he asked. Kanan smacked his arm. "Ezra, it's not poli-" he was cut off by Rae holding her hand up giving a small smile. "No, it's ok. I'm 14." she responded. 

After Rae had her little conversation with Kanan and Ezra, she saw the other three crew members come from the Ghost. Hera walked back over to Rae and finished introducing everyone. "So this is Zeb, Sabine and the droid is Chopper." she finished introducing. Zeb held out his furry purple paw to shake her hand. "Zeb Orrelios, pleasure to meet ya'. " he said as Rae took his hand. "Rae Jarrus. It's a pleasure to meet you too." she responded. The looks on the remaining of the crew were shocked. Rae new why, but she changed the subject by relaying a little bit of information she knew about the crew from Ahsoka telling her. "Oh Zeb, that's right. You are the one who loves bashing storm troopers in the head. Very fun hobby." she winked at him seeing the new expression on his face. "Sabine, I hear you have some very nice artwork. I'd love to see it sometime." she smiled. "And then there's Chopper. One of the best little droids I've heard of." she crouched down beside him. "I hear you like to pick on Zeb and Ezra." she winked. "Keep them on their toes little guy." she said with a small giggle.

"Well, it would probably be a good idea for all of you to get a lead on your mission." Hera suggested to the three Jedi. Rae nodded, following Kanan and Ezra to the Phantom.
