Fear

Fear is the epitome of a reflection of reality.

It's human instinct to me and to you, but what is it spawned from and what does it do?

It's a reflection of a reality we wish wasn't true.

It's a reflection of our wort case scenario.

And, like looking at a reflection,

It will always look different,

Depending on when you stand.

I am scared of change, I am scared of incompetence.

I am scared of ugly, I am scared of stupid.

I am scared of you, because I think I trust you.

I'm terrified because I think I love you.

I'm captivated because you've changed me,

And I fear that I didn't mean to change.

Fear plauges us... some more than others.

With that I must ask you, what is your biggest fear?

Could it possibly be that you fear being weak?

That you fear being scared?

Because I'm scared of that, too.

But you must remember that fear is a reflection of what we think,

What we imagine.

And like a reflection, it won't go away if we stop looking.

And like a reflection, we won't see it, if we should turn away.
