Your POV
I woke up on the heavenly covers of the bed. Aaron is too nice. I give him the chance of a peaceful slumber, yet he declines and gives it to me. I walked out of the camp, walking over to the hill that Aphmau's house is. Climbing onto her roof, I watched the sun rise.
I like my calm and quiet moments like this. They always allowed me to feel free. I felt two hands come around my waist. I tensed, quickly twisting around.
"Hey, don't worry, it's only me." Aaron said calmly, putting us back in our original position.
"Oh, I'm sorry." I replied quietly.
"So, what happened in your past? I can tell you mine if you want," Aaron whispered. I sighed. Time to spill.
---------------------------------------After we were done telling each other about ourselves, we had begun to watch the sun ascend into the sky.
One of his hands left my waist, and slowly grasped my hand. I intertwined my fingers with his, closing my eyes to feel the fresh breeze of the morning. He spun me around so I was facing him. I used my free hand and put it on his shoulder, pulling myself a little closer. Our faces were inches apart, and getting closer.
"Hey guys! Big News! Donna and Logan's wedding is tomorrow!" Aphmau screeched. Or at least, that's what it felt like she was doing. Me and Aaron backed away, blushing harder than ever.
"I'll see you later?" I asked softly. He smiled.
"Yeah," Aaron answered. I sprinted, jumping off the roof, front-flipped, and landed on my feet, half-way across the pathway to Cadenza's. I walked the rest of the way, opening the door.
You might wonder why I'm hear, well let me tell you. When I told Cadenza I needed a dress, let's just say, she immediately opened up to me. This woman is crazy about fashion. I may hate dresses, but when it comes to formal things like a wedding, I'll do it.
I don't exactly know why, but I'll do it. Closing the door, Cadenza looked up from her work.
"Oh Y/N! I'm so glad you are here! Ready to get to work?" she asked, a bit over-excited.
"Yeah, I guess..." I mumbled. If you didn't already know, I hate dresses. They're just so annoying. Cadenza pulled out her supplies and started measuring me. Goodbye good times, hello boredom.
