Chapter 1 ~ Madison

Hello, people, I'm here to say that all of this is going to change and the story plots will kinda stay the same. But there are going to be a lot of weird moments that I might not be able to fix until later on. So without farther ado here is chapter 1 rewritten. Also, ages will be changed.

"MADISON YOU BETTER BE UP BEFORE I GO UP THERE AND MAKE YOU GET UP" My mother's voice rings in my ears as I get up just jumping with glee for school.

School is my hell. It's the same for anyone else but I have to deal with the teasing because I'm 19 and I still haven't found my mate. You know when you Mom reassure you that it's all fine when it's really not. Well, that's what's happening. I want to travel out into the world to find him but my mom says school first. I mean why do school if the person made for me isn't with me. Well, we will find out one day. Tonight I have to go to my brothers for a dinner after school to meet the newest kid in the family. You see my brother is married at the age of 23 because after the age of 20 you might want to give up hopes of you can't find your mate. I haven't seen my brother in five years. The reason for that is because whenever we make plans to finally see each other something messes up. But now I get to meet him...after school of course.

'Damn school always messing things up for us' Ima my wolf tells me with a little bit of hate in her voice

'I know but I don't know what you want me to tell you Ima. We have to go to school'

'I know but I wanna meet our mate'

'Afterschool. I have a good feeling we will find him after school'

With that, I block out Ima and start to get ready for the day. I pick out my normal black skinny jeans and a dark navy blue shirt. I'm probably getting picked up from school to go straight to Matt's house so I wanna look nice. But we shall see. I mean who really wants to ride the bus home and wait for another hour to see your brother you haven't seen in months? I don't want to wait. My mom says she also has some news the can't wait any longer so I'm excited about that.

As I start to get ready I notice my black thick hair is starting to frizz and go all over the place so I put a little bit of water and some spray to keep it down. After that, I do my regular look which is black eyeliner and some eyeshadow. I don't have to do a lot because my skin is really clear and doesn't need anything.

I walk downstairs into the kitchen for an apple to take with me on the walk to school. The only reason why I walk is that I like to think on my way their and cars are too fast and the busses are too loud. Also, I'm a very fit person. Okay, that was a lie but I walk so it seems like I'm fit. I set off on my walk and think to myself.

The car ride to my brothers is a little long so why in the world are we going there tonight. The distance is 4 hours by car and 3 and a half by wolf form. Even though we are faster in wolf form we have to take a long way so the humans don't see us. But anyway I want to know if it has to do with joining a pack or trying to find my mate. We might need to join a pack soon. The only reason why we are not in our pack is that we live on no man land. But now some pack wants to take over the land so we are going to have to join that pack so they don't kill us. Why they would kill us is beyond me. Maybe my mate is apart of that pack. Hopefully, because I'm tired of people calling me mateless. My brother hasn't found his mate either so we all think she is dead.

I see the school ahead and start to walk a little bit faster so I don't end up late. As I walk into the school entrance I realize I should have stayed home.

* * * * * * * * * AFTERSCHOOL (didn't want to go into a boring day) * * * * * * * * *

My mom told me that she was, in fact, picking me up so at the front of the school I wait for her little blue car. When I spot it I walk over and put my bag on the floor of the car.

"Ready to go to your brothers?" My mom asks me while she looks at me with a big smile.

"I mean yeah. Maybe someone around there will be my mate. Also, I can't wait to see him we haven't seen him in 5 years. And another thing is that you said you had to tell us something important," I told her with the biggest smile on my face.

"Well, you might want to get comfy. This drive is gonna take a while," She tells me looking at the road and pulling out of the school.

With that, I lay down and relax for a while my mom drives us to my brothers.

Oh my god. It's a new chapter one. yay. So anyway all the new chapters will probably be 1,000 words and there will be a word count. Have fun people. Will post the new chapter two sometime next week.
