Levi's POV
I walked across my room and grabbed my hat. I was ready to go to school but only so I could go to band class and not feel like I was the only one who cares about music. In class, I get to hear the beautiful blend of instruments together which would make me love music even more.

As I went to leave my apartment, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I had on my navy blue coat, a lighter blue scarf, and my hat which had a snow flake pattern on it. My Raven hair was slightly showing but you still couldn't see most of it.

I gave a sigh then grabbed my instrument case and back pack.

I walked out into the living room. I quickly made myself some eggs and bacon and ate them while I sat down and watched the news.

"...It looks like most of the snow will be falling around here. The most we will be seeing is about 10 inches..."

I only ever listened to the weather reports to see if I needed to wear something extra warm or if it concerned my safety. Other wise, I didn't care what happened on the news. There were a few things about the trial for a murder case and a local house fire but nothing that interested me. I look down at my phone to see that it's the time that I need to leave. I grab all my things and walk out to my car.

The drive wasn't all that interesting. Just the slight morning traffic and the clouds in the sky. It made me feel at peace when I was able to see the beautiful mountains in the distance. They had snow on them at this time of them year and that made them even more beautiful.

I pulled into the parking lot of a Starbucks and went inside. I immediately felt warmer once I walked in as it was about 14 degrees outside. I kept my jacket, scarf, and hat on though. The warmth of the building made me feel even better about the upcoming storm.

I walked up to the counter and ordered my drink which was a Chai Tea Latte. I didn't feel very fond of coffee and liked tea a lot more but this was my favorite drink. I waited at the other end of the counter for my drink to be ready. I always payed after I got my drink just incase they messed something up. Then I could...yeah never mind.

"Here is your Chai Tea Latte sir," the lady said handing me my drink.

"Thank you," I said handing the lady the money.

"Oh it's ok. That young man payed for your drink."

She casually walked back to the cash register and started taking more orders. My eyes followed the direction that she had been pointing at. I saw a boy about my age sitting at a table waiting for his name to be called. He had on a blue hat that covered his messy brown hair, a red scarf, and a green jacket. He was sitting with two other people and I assumed they were his friends. One had blonde hair and the other had Raven hair like me. I walked over to him.

"Um..." I said awkwardly.

The threesome looked up at me.

"Thank you for paying for my drink," I said.

"Oh you're welcome," the boy said.

I looked at him to say something else but that was when I noticed his eyes. They were a rich and beautiful color. They were the color of the ocean. I finally was snapped out of my trance when he asks me a question.

"What's your name?"

"Levi."

"Mines Eren."

"Eren!"
