Chapter 4

"MILA, WHERE ARE YOU!" I hear a familiar voice scream. I hear footsteps coming towards me. I feel hands shake my body, softly at first, but gradually becoming more aggressive. I groan and make a move to sit up, before I know it Ally gives me one last push and I'm on the floor.

"OWWWW, what was that for?! I was trying to sleep bro!" I yell rubbing my knee. That is definitely gonna leave a bruise. Ally smiles next to me.

"Sorry Mila! I just wanted to wake you up! Becauseee... Dinah is coming over soon." She squeals and claps her hands happily.

"Really, I've been wanting to see her for so long!" I squeal along with her. Dinah was my best friend when we were younger, well besides Ally. We talked when Ally and I video chatted one another, but still texted each other almost everyday. I missed her over the years. I hear a knock at the front door and run to greet my best friend. I swing the door open and see her standing there with a beanie, grey sweater, black ripped jeans, and white Nike Air Force Ones.

"Mila, OMG!" She takes me in her arms for a big Poly hug. She sets me on the floor and greets Ally the same way as she walks into the house. "Reunited and it feels so good." She sings. I laugh at her little joke and make my way over to the sofa. "So Camila how was your flight back to you home town." She smirks, haphazardly jumping onto an empty couch.

"It was fine until...." I explain everything that happened. Making sure to include Sarah, Kani, and my nervousness for seeing Lauren again. She sits there patiently waiting for my long story to come to an end. She watches me attentively. I let out a major sigh and run my hand through my hair, after I finished catching DJ on everything that happened.

"Damn girl you had a hell of a day. I can't believe THE SARAH FUCKING JENSEN wants to get at you. I mean this will give you some serious cred. I mean like you know the most popular person at school, I mean two of the most popular people at school. Lauren is pretty up there too, I mean she is fucking Sarah probably. You shouldn't worry about Lauren, you both have someone so she won't put her charm on. Plus you and Kani other wise known as..." She looks up to the ceiling in thought. Ally looks at her amused while I knit my eyebrows.

"Still can't think of a ship name for them?" Ally nudges the Polynesian. She rolls her eyes.

"I thought of one the other day it was so good, but now I can't remember it." She pouts. "Anyways, you two are in love each other and have been in a relationship for a year now. There's no way anyone will get in between you guys." She says matter-of-factually. "Speaking of the girlfriend aren't you gonna Face Time her or something?" I nod my head and jump off the couch to retrieve my phone from the table near by. They laugh at my movements as I look to my phone camera to make sure I look good for my girl. I text her to make sure she's available.

Me: Hey Kani I got up from my power nap!

Kani❤️👅: How was it, sleepyhead?

Me: Amazing, like this girl I know

Kani❤️👅: Really? What's her name??

Me: I think you might now her? I mean you've known her all your life.

Kani❤️👅: Aw thanks babe, you're amazing too!❤️

Me: Uh... I was talking about you're older sister Jazmin 😍 she looks quite yummy👅

Kani❤️👅: Haha. Very funny Karla.

Me: Anyways babe you wanna Face Time I got some people who wanna talk to you!

Kani❤️👅: Okay I'll call.

I get her call and I answer immediately. I angle the camera so its on all three of us. "Hey Kani, I have some people I want you to meet." I gesture to the two girls sitting patiently beside me they wave at the camera. Dinah's the first to speak.
