Emo vs. Goth vs. Scene

I mean this isn't directly 5sos related but I've been thinking about it lately

I find it kind of funny but I love how emos, goths, and scene kids get like so offended when we're called the wrong thing.

Like I identify as emo (ironically of course, I'll explain later),but when someone calls me goth I'm just like "ugh no why isn't it obvious I'm emo jeez."

I mean isn't it obvious though? I'm wearing a ton of bracelets, black ripped leggings, shorts, and a band tee.

IM OBVIOUSLY AN EMO GUYS.

But then you call a goth emo and the goth is like "I'm wearing leather and chains I am obviously not emo"

Like yeah confusing emo and goth is slightly understandable

But confusing emo and goth with scene is like

Have you seen how much color they wear?

The amount of color they wear is frightening

They're so bright

It burns

Anyway, when I said I was emo ironically I meant that like I'm not stereotypical emo that cuts and like has the 2009 emo hair and stuff

I meant like I listen to the Holy Emo Trinity and other "ironically emo" bands.

Can that be a new thing?

Ironically emo?

Do you any of you guys identify as emo goth or scene? Maybe pastel goth? Maybe ironically emo like me?
