Hello, friends! *waves* I hope you like my update... This is a bit of a fill in chapter. I'm not a fan but they have to happen sometimes

Katie's POV
I can't act like I'm phased by this. It's just another prank, right? "What an idiot" I tell myself, but I don't know if I'm talking about Travis or myself. Pull yourself together. I get out of bed pulling on my denim shorts, orange high tops, camp shirt, and bead necklace. I dutch braid my hair and walk outside. Luckily, we didn't have any classes with Hermes yesterday, when the ~incident~ occurred, but today we weren't so lucky. We're heading to breakfast then off to archery where we will be accompanied by the offspring of a certain messenger god. In other words, I have archery with the Stolls and their siblings.I lead my cabin into the dining pavilion and take my seat. I can feel more than one pair of eyes looking at me but I choose to ignore it. That is, until my little sister, Marnie, brings it to my attention.
"Katie, why are the prank kids looking at you?" She asks, her innocent 6 year old eyes looking up at me
"It's because their head counselor has a crush on her." One of my brothers wiggles his eyebrows at me whilst chuckling
"Does not! They're probably waiting for me to activate some prank and I'll get humiliated in front of everyone." I explain, my face turning a light shade of pink in the process
"It's not nice to prank someone you have a crush on" Marnie giggles
I take a deep breath and ignore all further comments on the topic of Travis Stoll.
*time skip to end of archery*
I've managed to avoid Travis until I stand in front of the target about to release my arrow and I hear a voice behind me, "no, no, Katie-Kat! your form is all wrong" Travis says
"You aren't the instructor, Stoll." I growl trying to focus on the red dot in the center
"You need to keep this shoulder back," he says, ignoring me " and look this way." He adds taking my chin in his hand and turning it farther towards the target and gently moves my shoulder back. My heart starts pounding when he touches me and I wonder if he thinks this is awkward, too. (A/N sorry about the corrections. Idk anything about archery) "Now let it fly" he smirks
I let the arrow go and it misses the target by a few inches. That was embarrassing. "I'm not very good at this. So..." I mumble, not knowing what to say
"That's ok" he states simply but now I'm turned so that we are looking right at each other. What do I do? What do I do? I chant in my head "you have really pretty eyes" he winks and walks away, leaving me blushing and looking like an idiot
I hope you like the update! I will try to update at least every weekend. BTW (in the words of Travis) you have really pretty eyes. Well, I guess those are technically my words since I wrote that but... It still true so, yeah. Comment and vote please! Love you!
