Although they were at the entrance, Flowey warned her not to go in yet. Instead, she sat down and set Flowey beside her, pulling out a packet of crisps from her satchel. She had began to felt hungry after all the commotion, even though all thats happened was that she fell down. Nonetheless, the two spend their time there chatting along and expanding their friendship field.

"And that's how I got here..." She concluded as Flowey listened with great content.

"Gee...I'm sorry for asking you about it.." He apologised. Having an unexplainable past was never a good thing to talk about.

"It's okay." She spoke, giving Flowey a reassuring smile. "I'm used to it."

Grunting, she crumpled up the crisp packet and pushed herself up again, picking up Flowey in the process. She stared up at the tall entrance, leading to what seemed like another doorway, elevated with stairs from the left and right. Further on, she could see just below the door was a bed of red petals evenly spread out.

"A-Are you sure you want to do this?" Flowey asked, quivering faintly.
"I'm sure." She replied, almost instantly. "It's the only way I...we..can get out of here."

She was beginning to grow more comfortable to the flower. If it wasn't already bad enough that she fell down a gaping hole and into a world of the unknown, Flowey wouldn't have made much of a difference compared to what -or who- she could bump into next.

She padded forwards and glanced down at the petals. A floating twinkle of light hovered above them. She approached the light, extending an arm to touch it, but retracted from it, stepping back with a scared look.

"It's a SAVE point.." The flower spoke up, urging her to do it. "It won't hurt..-Infact, I-I think it heals you..!"

With more confidence, she nodded and lifted her arm to touch again. Alas, she made contact with it and, closing her eyes, a wave of light surged through her. She slowly fluttered her eyes open, only to find she was on the ground again. Flowey was fine, but she felt even better: She felt the cut on her forehead had healed and the dirty mess on her clothes and face had faded away.

"Woah." She was puzzled, confused. "That was..."
"Something..?" Flowey added, shaking himself to regain consciousness.
   "Yeah." She muttered.

A sudden loud thud followed by an 'Oof!' echoed from the door above the SAVE point. Exchanging looks, the two confusedly stood in a state of fright.

"Wha..-Oh no." Flowey gasped in realisation. "H-Hey (Y/N), Why don't we just stay b-back there?"

But she didn't listen. Instead, she lept up the steps and ran into the darkness beyond the door, only to be greeted by another answered puzzle and a doorway.

"Slow d-down, (Y/N)!" Flowey warned, but they didn't stop her sprint of curiousity. The doorway led them to another room, much longer than any of the ones they had passed. At the end of the hallway, she could see a tall shadow far ahead.

Resiliant as she was, she sprinted, shouting, "HEY!" every now and then. Flowey, who kept his head low from the bumpy ride, was powerless here and could only watch what was happening.

But that's all he's been doing, right?

By the time she had caught up nead the end of the room, the shadow stopped. She stopped. Time had stopped. She gulped and took a step forward, shaking with Flowey, who seemed to be shivering from the start.

   "...Who are you?"

The shadow rotated around face to face with her, a cold, cinematic tear drop slowly making its way down the side of her head.

"...Do not be afraid my child. I am Toriel.."
