Someone right now is struggling. Someone right now is crying. Someone right now is self-harming. Someone right now is thinking about suicide and another is about to do it. One in every twelve teens experience an episode of depression. And only forty-five precent of that get treatment. Every one hundred minutes someone kills themselves. That makes about fourteen teens today. And in a year 5,000 teens. Some might just need a smile. Someone might just need a friend or someone to talk to. Look up. Look around the room. Smile. Do you notice someone sad? Look them right in the eye. Smile. Talk. You might just save someone's live.
