Jeff's POV:
I had returned to my little cabin in the woods for the first time in weeks. My stalking of the girl had taken its toll, my body tired from the sleepless days. This rutt would be over with just a quick rest. With that gone I would finally be able to kill the girl. I slowly pulled myself into the bed, the wooden walls of the cabin plain with nothing but an empty picture frame decorating the walls. The only window that wasn't fully boarded up letting moonlight filter in. The bed, which was actually more of a cot was comprised of a rough matress, stained with previous victims blood, that had come from my clothes or equipment. Adjusting myself in the bed I dropped my knife over the side and curled up in a ball, a cold breeze hitting me as I shivered into a state of sleep.
Awakening the next morning, I believe it was the next day I found myself unable to get up. I was wounded and sore. I closed my eyes again allowing myself to be pulled off to a state of dreams...
"Jeff has lost it, grab your gun we need to kill-" My mothers voice echoed through my head. I dreamt that scene over and over again. Me approaching my to parents, my eyes gleaming with delight. I was going to end them before they could end me. How come they just wouldn't smile for me like they used to. I realized it was the only way I would be able to live normally, the only way for me to see people smile again.
With a startled gasp I awoke it was evening again, it seemed like a few days had past, I had been delirious I figured as I struggled out of bed. Heading out the door with new determination I knew where I was to go. Straight to the house of Allie, where I would finally finish this. A little peckering rain began to fall as grabbed my knife walking out the front door. With each step through those woods the rain increased in force. By the time I made it to Allie's house lightning was shooting through the sky and thunder echoed abound. Finally, I witnessed as the neighbourhood grew dark. The power had died. I smiled at the perfect oppurtunity, crawling up the side of the house, I made it in through her window.
Glancing at the new sheets laid on her bed I smiled. She changed the ones I had touched, what a surprise. I sat down quietly on the bed and withdrew the knife, all that was left was to wait for the girl. That was a task I could wait an eternity for.
