Jeff's POV:

"It's your smile your happy - go - lucky smile. . ." I whispered as I grasped her hand. I stared into her beautiful blue eyes for a moment as I looked away; my hand trembling. When she said not to touch her brother I smiled. "I will not touch him." I said as I took her hand.

As we went to leap out the window the door flew open. It was her brother storming in with his eyes blazing in anger. I smiled a sinister grin at him as I pulled her tight to me. His eyes glowed with rage as I leapt from the window. As we hit the ground I picked her up in my arms and dashed away to the woods. Back to my domain, the one place I had solice. As we walked toward the front entrance after a good hour of wandering the woods I smiled.

"You do realize you will be leaving everything behind?" I asked as I glanced up and down at her. She was wearing only some light clothing, "It's a good thing I prepared extra clothing." I said as I opened the rickety front door. Which I would need to replace along with most of the damaged building. "Sorry about the mess, this place was abandoned afterall." I exclaimed as we walked into the small living room, and kitchen. There was a generator powering the small shack, the fuel having been taken from a nearby source, usually in the dark of night.

"So do you mind leaving it all behind?" I asked as I took her by the waist and pulled her close. Looking down at her face, I was a tad bit taller then her, and the height difference really showed when we where this close. "It will be a much different life. . ."
