Accidentally in Love

Dance pt.1

(I'm just going to make it Sumi's pov for the rest of the story. Unless I change it. Also don't play the song until I say~)

Today was the dance. Suzy unnie came over early to get started on my makeup and hair. When we were finished with the hair, we started on my makeup.

"Unnie, did you speak with Seungcheol?" I asked.

"Yes I did. He said that he's going to the dance tonight. He wouldn't have gone if the boys didn't beg him." She replied.

"Oh no, unnie I can't see him! What if he sees me?! I'm not going anymore." I said.

"You promised Chan remember? Also Chan was the one who convinced Seungcheol to go." She said.

"Aigoo, that boy has too many ideas. But because I promised him I guess I'll go. I've never tried the dress on. What if it doesn't fit?" I asked.

"It's magical, it'll fit." She chuckled.

"When does the dance start? When are the boys coming, and do they all have dates?" I asked.

"The dance starts at 8pm, the boys are coming around 7:30pm, and no. They're idols, they can't just bring anyone they want. This party is strictly for idols only and their dates." She finished.

"Have the fans found out that Seungcheol and I have dated before?" I suddenly asked.

"Um..yes they have. Some dislike it, but most are happy that he found someone. So far no fans have found out you two broke up. If they found out then you'd be in big trouble." She said.

"Wait, you said idols only? So does that mean Day6 is going?!" I suddenly started fangirling. Dowoon was my bias and I couldn't help but fangirl.

Unnie laughed and said, "Yea Day6 will be going also. Okay, all done with makeup. Let's go try on that dress.

7:29pm

It was almost time for the boys to come. For some reason I was really excited. I don't know if it was the fact that I was going to see the boys again, or I was going to meet Day6.

Right as it turned 7:30 someone knocked on the door. I opened it and there stood 12 handsome boys. I smiled to each of them and they smiled back. "It's been awhile Sumi." Woozi said. I smiled to him and gave each member a hug.

Finally after 11 members, my date walked up to me. "Hello Baek Sumi, can I have the honors of being your date tonight?" He asked me.

I laughed and nodded. "Hello Lee Chan, and yes you may be my day tonight." I said and the others laughed. I earned an adorable smile from Chan. We all crowded inside my house and I frowned.

There were only 12 members here, that means Seungcheol wasn't here. While thinking I heard someone whisper, "Seungcheol hyung is already at the dance. No need to frown, smiling looks better on you anyways."

I turned and saw Minghao smiling at me. I smiled back, reassuring him I was okay. "Okay everybody, it's 7:50 let's get going!" Dokyeom announced. We all followed him out and loaded inside the car.

At the dance

We walked in and the pounding of music filled my ears. The song playing was, Converse High-BTS. As we walked in I saw a lot of idols. I never imagined I'd be here. Being here was a memory is never forget.

The deeper we walked in the more idols I greeted. As we got to our table, Seungheol was sitting down already. He didn't look like he wanted to be there. He looked incredibly handsome in a black suit.

While looking at him I noticed the table besides us. I froze, it was Day6. A smile was forming on my lips. Someone woke me up from my daze.

"Noona kaja, the tables over here." I heard Chan's voice. I looked at him and smiled. Chan took ahold of my hand and pulled me towards the table. He sat down and there was only one seat left. That seat just happened to be next to Dowoon.

I gulped down my nervousness as Dowoon looked at me and smiled. It was that smile that made me fall for him. Oh gosh another fangirl moment. As I took my seat someone tapped my shoulder. I turned to look at the person.

"Annyeong." That voice said.

My heart stopped beating for awhile. I smiled at him and he said, "You look gorgeous tonight. I don't know if you're an idol or not, but it's nice to meet you."

"Ah, I'm not an idol. I'm here as a date, and you look handsome tonight too." I said causing him to blush. Cute.

"My name's Yoon Dowoon, it's nice to meet you." Dowoon said while reaching out his hand.

I took ahold of his hand and replied, "I'm Baek Sumi, and it's nice to meet you too."

He smiled and we continued talking for awhile before the we heard the MC speak.

"Welcome everyone to the Dance of the Year! We hope you enjoy tonight and we'll be playing songs for everyone to dance to. Please enjoy yourselves and stay by your date. Also welcome to every non-idol out there. We hope you have a great night and get to greet everybody here." He finished and music started playing again.

"Sumi-ah, I hope you enjoy tonight. It was nice getting to know you." Dowoon said and smiled at me.

I blushed and replied, "Thank you Dowoon. I hope you and Day6 get far. I'll be one of your fans and support you guys. Hwaiting!"

Dowoon leaned close to my face and said, "You look cute when you blush." Then he stood up and went to go dance. (Hehe am I the only one who wants to see Day6 dance?)

I turned my attention back to Seventeen and made eye contact with Seungcheol. Had he been watching me the whole time?
