Chapter Forty One

Gray's POV:

After Natsu ran away, I sat in the bathroom by myself, slowly opening and closing the hand I just used to molest Natsu. He was a lot smaller than I remembered... It's adorable. I suddenly sat up quickly: Utterly shocked at the thoughts and images going through my mind. I had a girlfriend. A pregnant girlfriend! I can't still be in love with him, I just can't. That isn't fair -- It would break Juvia's heart.

I sighed, and slid off the counter. My nose had stopped bleeding, but now I had an aching pain in my chest. It was something I hadn't felt for a really long time. It was almost as though my heart was racing so fast that my veins were suddenly filled over-capacity and were on the verge of breaking. I felt like I did when I had first fallen in love.
